Alicia Vikander Vacations Without Boyfriend Michael Fassbender

Alicia Vikander is probably the most sought-after actress right now, which means that her schedule must be hectic. But she treated herself to some time off recently, though her boyfriend Michael Fassbender could not make it.

“Alicia Vikander was enjoying some well-deserved time off on Sunday during a holiday in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil,” reports Daily Mail. “The 27-year-old revealed her incredible trim and toned figure in a white two-piece, which boasted a bandeau top and cheeky bottoms.”

Despite the fact that she is Swedish, Alicia Vikander is known for her amazing tan — and now the fans know how she keeps up with her golden skin tone.

“Alicia showcased her natural beauty as she went make-up free and had her chestnut brown hair pulled into a ponytail while relaxing poolside,” reports Daily Mail. “The actress was seen topping up her golden tan on a sunlounger, before treating herself to a glass of rosé wine.”

Nothing like a glass of chilled wine to get one in the mood of relaxing.

But the most obvious thing missing from her chill holiday was her 39-year-old boyfriend, who is busy promoting X-Men: Apocalypse, which opened this past weekend. The movie did amazingly in terms of box office revenue.

“Johnny Depp’s ‘Alice Through the Looking Glass’ bombed over the Memorial Day weekend with just $28.1 million through Sunday in North American theaters, while ‘X-Men: Apocalypse’ debuted on top with an estimated $65 million,” reports Access Hollywood.

With their career commitments weighing heavily on their minds, Alicia and Michael are having a hard time finding time to spend with each other. But they are doing their best to keep their relationship out of the public eye.

“It has been reported that Michael Fassbender and Alicia Vikander’s upcoming movie The Light Between Oceans is where their love ignited, but it’s not a good idea to ask the actor about that,” reports Sydney Morning Herald. “The notoriously private Irish star shot down a question on that very notion despite talk being excitedly rife on the subject with the release of the movie’s official trailer this week.”

“Dropping his toothy grin, and reaching out and giving this reporter a light and unexpected smack on the right shoulder, he replied, ‘nice talking to you’, before turning on his heels and heading off in the direction of the next waiting reporter,” reports the same article.

That’s a pretty clear sign from Michael Fassbender that he is determined to keep his personal life to himself.

Alicia Vikander is also not letting her career be slowed down by her relationship with X-Men star. She recently started her own production company, which many of the successful, smart, and talented actresses in Hollywood have already done.

“The 27-year-old Swedish actress has launched her own production banner, Vikarious Productions, along with her London-based agent Charles Collier of Tavistock Wood,” reports Deadline. “The company has set its first feature, Euphoria, with Vikander also set to star alongside Eva Green as sisters in conflict traveling through Europe towards a mystery destination.”

But it won’t be long before Alicia and Michael will be on the same promotional tour for the movie that brought them together, The Light Between Oceans.

“We all became obsessed with the idea of Michael Fassbender and Alicia Vikander after news broke that the two started dating in 2014, and now we get to watch their love blossom on screen,” reports E! Online.
