Pippa Middleton Had Support From Boyfriend James Matthews To Run Great Wall Marathon

Pippa Middleton is a beast! Not only is she completing races at breakneck speed, but she is also showing the world that she is quite the athlete. With full-on support from her new boyfriend, James Matthews, she probably feels like she can become the best athlete she can be.

She most recently ran Great Wall Marathon in China, completing the race in a very respectable time.

“Pippa Middleton is never one to shy away from a fitness challenge, and on Saturday she took on one of her most testing experiences to date – running the Great Wall Marathon in China,” reports Hello! Magazine. “This gruelling 26.2 mile course took place in 29?C heat and includes some 5,164 steps, but as ever the Duchess of Cambridge’s younger sister rose to the challenge and didn’t disappoint. The 32-year-old completed the course in an impressive 4 hours and 54 minutes, making her the 13th woman to cross the finish line and placing her 69th out of 2,444 runners.”

Sounds like she is not just a socialite trying to take the easy path by throwing fundraisers.

“It was long, it was hard. The Great Wall sections were stunning, they were some of the best bits despite how hard they were,” Pippa said. “The whole thing was a really unique experience.”

Looks like James Matthews should be on guard as Pippa is bound to meet many fit, handsome men in all these competitions.

It’s a good thing then that he is willing to join her in some of the races. Check out a cute picture of the couple from their previous ski race.

This month, Pippa and James made her first big step as a couple when they moved in together after their Corsican vacation.

“As the Royal sister-in-law enjoyed a romantic holiday in Corsica with hedge fund manager James Matthews last week, removal men were busy loading her possessions into his £17 million West London home,” reports Daily Mail. “They discreetly moved tables and chairs, dresses, coats, shoes and ornaments into his palatial property from the nearby apartment Pippa had been sharing with her brother James.”

The fact that they are both from English high society background means that they have lots of common ground. Her boyfriend grew up in a family that made “a fortune from a coach-building business, and then went on to establish the exclusive Eden Rock Hotel in the Caribbean island of St Barts, famous for attracting Hollywood A-listers.”

A source close to the couple told Daily Mail that “It’s all moved very quickly. They’ve been friends for a long time, but James has always been keen. They’ve tested living there and all seems to have gone well. As she was spending so much time at James’s it made sense to keep stuff there.”

With unwavering support from her boyfriend, Pippa Middleton gets all the energy she needs to complete grueling races.

Her happiness is also showing through in her approach to diet and food.

“I don’t get fussy, though, because I enjoy food too much,” she said. “But a week or so before an event I’m quite conscious of eating really nutritious foods to store energy and I cut out alcohol, refined sugar and processed foods.”

The diet plan and appetite of a person says a lot about her mental state of being. And right now, it looks like the sister of Duchess of Cambridge is in a great place!
