The Republican National Convention is in full force down in Tampa, Florida. Most of the first day of the RNC was cancelled due to Tropical Storm Isaac but the GOP gathered today to hear speeches from prominent figures like Anne Romney, Paul Ryan, Chris Christie, and of course, Mitt Romney.
Network stations like CBS and NBC will be airing a few hours of coverage on Television but if you want to watch every word of every speech you’ll have to tune in online. Youtube announced its Election Hub channel last week which will have broadcast the entire Republican National Convention live.
The big event at the RNC will occur on Thursday night when Mitt Romney officially accepts that Republican party’s nomination for the presidency.
Romney won’t be speaking until Thursday night but there will be plenty of other Republican powerhouses taking to the microphone in Tampa tonight.
Here’s the schedule for Tuesday night according to Fox News.
7 pm: House Speaker John Boehner, RNC Chairman Reince Priebus, Former U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum, and Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers, R-Wash.
