Casey Anthony Exposed By Defense Team As Killer In New Documents

Casey Anthony was the young mother who was last a major news story in 2011 when she was acquitted of killing her 2-year-old daughter Caylee back in 2008. Ever since then, she has been judged in the court of public opinion as a guilty woman who killed her own child, presumably because she felt she was too young to be a mother. But others had different reasons for believing Anthony was a killer.

Now, Casey Anthony is back in the news because she has officially declared bankruptcy, according to ABC Action News, a local ABC affiliate in Tampa Bay. That means that certain documents related to her defense have been released. It is also presumed at this time that her bankruptcy affects her ability to pay her defense team, which was led by Jose Baez.

There is a statement in those public documents that was made by a private investigator for the defense that clearly indicates that not only did Casey Anthony kill her young daughter, but she also went to great lengths to cover it up. There was also a mention of how Anthony wanted her defense team to accuse an innocent man of the crime, which they all knew was not guilty. But if presented to the court, this man could have had a long shadow of doubt attached to him for the rest of his life.

Dominic Casey, who was a private investigator that was hired by Jose Baez during the defense trial for Casey Anthony, gave an affidavit that was part of the Casey Anthony bankruptcy case and it was submitted as public record. That affidavit had some very damaging testimony from Dominic that revealed Casey Anthony to be the real killer of young Caylee.

But not only did Casey Anthony allegedly admit to killing Caylee, but she also seemed to have an ominous plan to get herself off the hook. The affidavit shows that Dominic clearly did not think she was in the least bit sane. But Casey Anthony still made some demands of her defense that were outrageous to say the least.

First of all, Casey Anthony had allegedly admitted to her lawyer, Jose Baez, that she had indeed killed young Caylee. But in the affidavit, Dominic stated that Baez wanted him to find Caylee’s body before anyone else did. That means that he was on the line for finding the dead body of a young girl before a media sensation could cast a dark shadow over Casey Anthony.

But then Dominic’s testimony pulled at another angry plug when, according to Fox News, he said that Casey Anthony wanted them to frame Roy Kronk “to portray him as a murderer and or kidnapper of Caylee Anthony,” seemingly in an effort to cast suspicion away from Casey Anthony.

For those who do not know, Roy Kronk was a meter reader in the Florida neighborhood who had found the dead body of young Caylee Anthony and reported it to authorities. He did so before the Casey Anthony defense team was able to find the body, so their defense had experienced a setback at that time.

Dominic states that he had turned down Casey Anthony’s demand to implicate Roy Kronk in the murder in any way, which includes casting a shadow of doubt over him in a public trial. He also said that Casey Anthony was determined to force them to do it, no matter how many times they refused her, stating that he knew that Kronk was innocent.

Since Casey Anthony was acquitted of the murder of her daughter Caylee, she cannot be retried for the same crime and will remain free even in spite of this new testimony and evidence.
