‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Adam And Victor Get Emotional, Phyllis Leaves Billy Stunned, And A New Face Pops Up In Genoa City

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday’s episode share that the battle between Adam and Victor intensifies as both Newman men try to come out on top. The May 25 show also has some action related to Billy and Phyllis as it seems that the two cannot forget about the rendezvous they had. What else can viewers expect from the next episode?

Victoria will go to talk with Adam after being confronted by a reporter regarding the arrest, details SheKnows Soaps. Chelsea suggested to Adam that they take Connor and run, and Young and Restless spoilers tease that he will agree to her suggestion. Victoria arrives to confront him before they can leave, and she works to convince them it’s a bad idea. Victoria tells Adam that she doesn’t believe he killed Constance, and she thinks that they can work together to conquer Victor.

Victor and Meredith will be talking once again, and Young and Restless spoilers indicate that he will talk about confessing to what he has done. However, Meredith talks him out of it and will talk about getting him out of prison somehow. He will agree to stay mum, and he’ll sweet talk her about how wonderful she is.

Once Meredith leaves, Young and Restless spoilers note that Adam will show up to confront his father again. Adam wants Victor to admit that he tampered with Sage’s journal, and Victor taunts his son about how difficult it is to be accused of something you didn’t do. Adam gets emotional as he talks about the difficult relationship he has had with his father and it seems that Victor will soften and get a bit emotional as well.

After Adam leaves, it seems that Victor and Meredith will talk once again. The Young and the Restless spoilers detail that Newman will say that he has proof that Adam is responsible for Constance’s death and that he is the one person who can keep his son out of jail for this. Meredith and Victor will share some mushy exchanges as they talk while Adam heads home to Chelsea and tells her that they’re staying in Genoa City and fighting his father.

The Young and the Restless spoilers share that Phyllis and Jack will be in bed together when Billy leaves her a message detailing that he needs to see her. He asks her to meet him and viewers will soon see that he has put together a romantic setting for the two of them to share. However, Ashley happens by and questions Billy about the object of his affections. She seemingly pushes for him to try to smooth things over with Victoria, but she eventually agrees to let it alone.

Soon Phyllis will get a call from Ashley and she mentions needing to meet at the park. The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that the two women will talk, and Ashley will bring up how Billy seems to have someone new and she worries that it will mean the end of a possible reunion with Victoria. Ashley also voices concern for the new woman involved, believing that Billy will end up hurting her as he’s rebounding from Victoria.

Billy and Phyllis soon cross paths at the Club. Billy will learn that Phyllis and Jack have worked through their challenges, and she heads up to the suite to wait for her husband. She puts on a slinky number, but Billy is the one who shows up to see her. Billy confronts her about the time they spent together, insistent that they need to find a way to be together. However, Phyllis resists.

When Jack does arrive in the suite, Phyllis pounces on him and it seems she is determined to convince herself to stay with Jack and forget Billy. When Billy heads back down to the bar, he comes across a waitress named Bethany. She says that she remembers him from another place she worked and she admits she had a crush on him. Bethany is played by Justin Hartley’s real-life love Chrishell Stause, and fans will be curious to see what kind of mark she makes in Genoa City.

What is the truth about Constance’s death? Was Adam in any way responsible, was Victor involved in the set-up or is someone else behind this sinister plot? There is plenty more drama on the way and fans cannot wait to see what comes next on The Young and the Restless.
