The couple decided to go off and do mission work, leaving their Arkansas home and family. According to Enstarz, Jill Duggar looked pregnant in a recent photo posted on social media by her husband, Derick Dillard. The shirt she was wearing made her appear to have an obvious baby bump and it got fans talking. Some seem to believe it is solid proof the family is expanding while others believe it was just an unflattering photo. Either way, it seems the rumors of a baby bump will not die when it comes to Jill Duggar.
Recently, Jill Duggar celebrated her birthday with a visit from her family. They flew down to visit her and her little family.
