Brandi Redmond Gives Update On Her Brother And Her Husband Bryan

Brandi Redmond has gone through some emotional times while filming The Real Housewives of Dallas. A few episodes ago, Redmond opened up a can of worms when she talked about her family. She opened up about her mother’s struggles with her own parents and a divorce that tore the family apart. Last year, when Brandi was filming the show, she reached out to her grandfather to meet him. She also struggled with her husband, who was traveling a lot and not being sensitive to her needs. And on this week’s episode, Redmond learned that her brother had overdosed and possibly attempted suicide.

According to a new Bravo report, Brandi Redmond is now revealing that things are going a bit better than when she was filming the show. When she was filming, she was exhausted and tired because her husband wasn’t showing her much support. And in the middle of her marital troubles, she learned that her brother was in the hospital due to an overdose. When her husband, Bryan, learned about this overdose, he stepped up and apologized for his absent behavior. Since Brandi’s brother isn’t on the show, she wanted to give viewers an update on how he’s doing.

“I want to start off by letting you know that my brother Michael is also a free spirit and loves unconditionally when it comes to life. He is younger than me and was known to really not take life too seriously and get into his fair share of troubles at times. However, he wanted to serve our country and was passionate about doing so. When I found out that he was in the hospital, I was shocked not realizing how serious his struggles with PTSD had become,” Brandi Redmond explains about her brother, who isn’t featured on the show.

When Brandi Redmond learned about the overdose, she quickly drove to Stephanie Hollman’s house to share her struggles. It’s no secret that these two ladies are close friends, and she had plenty of thoughts to share. She broke down on the couch, and Stephanie was there to listen and support her.

“I am thankful for Stephanie and her letting me open up and share this horrible news. She is always a breath of fresh air and makes everything seem as if it’s going to be ok. I only wish that everyone could have a friendship like ours,” Brandi Redmond reveals on her blog for The Real Housewives of Dallas.

Of course, Hollman has also been there for Brandi as she’s dealt with the troubles in her marriage. On a previous episode, she called her husband, who was out having a drink with Brandi’s husband, even though Redmond’s husband was supposed to be at home with Brandi and support her as she was meeting her grandfather. Even though things had been sour between Brandi and her husband, he admitted to his mistakes and they could move on.

“My lunch with Bryan was better than I expected. I wanted to move forward from the past, and Bryan gave me exactly what I needed. His apology made me realize how much he had thought about his actions, and I appreciated him taking the time to get together and make me feel special. I am not someone that holds on to grudges. I tend to forgive, forget and move on, and that’s what I did after we finished our lunch date,” Redmond explains on her blog, sharing that they are moving on from a rough patch.
