Blake Shelton’s BFF on The Voice is about to became a dad, and Adam Levine recently teased that there might be a little Blake on the way, too. However, Adam doesn’t think that Gwen Stefani is carrying Blake Shelton’s child; he’s convinced that Blake’s beer belly is actually a baby bump.
As Us Weekly reports, Adam Levine recently shared an Instagram photo of his pregnant wife, Victoria’s Secret model Behati Prinsloo, showing off her baby bump. Blake Shelton decided that his tummy also deserved a little attention, so he posed with his hand on his slight belly bulge. He was just asking for Adam to crack a joke about him, and the Maroon 5 singer delivered by pouncing on the opportunity to compare Blake Shelton to a pregnant lady.
“Met these two sweet pregnant ladies today. Good luck @blakeshelton and@behatiprinsloo!” Adam captioned his silly Instagram snapshot.
During a recent interview with People, Blake revealed that he doesn’t just have a gut that resembles a tiny baby bump; he also has “man boobs.” Luckily for Blake, Adam didn’t make any jokes about breastfeeding.
Adam Levine isn’t the only one who brings about Blake Shelton’s goofy side. He and Gwen Stefani are in Las Vegas for the Billboard Music Awards, and they flew in to Sin City together. Blake decided to provide the in-flight entertainment by doing his best Elvis impersonation for Gwen and her brother, Todd Stefani. Gwen recorded Blake’s take on “Promised Land” and shared it with her Snapchat fans.

Gwen Stefani also shared a photo of Blake Shelton that might make Adam Levine a little jealous. As you can see, the “Bet You Still Think About Me” singer is getting bromantic with Gwen’s brother. According to Us Weekly, Todd Stefani joined Gwen and Blake while they rehearsed for tonight’s live BMAs performance of their brutally honest duet, “Go Ahead and Break My Heart.”

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Todd and his family joined Gwen and Blake back in March when they headed to Blake’s home in Oklahoma for Spring Break. And speaking of Blake’s country abode, the “Came Here to Forget” singer recently revealed that he’s a big fan of “the simple kind of life” that Gwen once sang about.
“Really the only thing I look forward to anymore is being able to spend time with my family, and be home, and just be working a garden,” Blake said during an interview on BUZ’N 102.9’s Koffy in the Morning.
Blake Shelton revealed that he recently planted some corn and soybeans on his property in Oklahoma, and he’s also growing a special surprise for Gwen.
“I put in sunflowers along my driveway,” Blake said. “I planted sunflowers along both sides of it for when Gwen comes. I really want her to be impressed.”
Shefani fans can only hope that Gwen records a Snapchat video of the sunflowers when she visits Blake’s home in Oklahoma during their next sweet escape.
Gwen Stefani might be dazzled by Blake Shelton’s green thumb, but she’s probably less than impressed with her boyfriend’s knowledge of No Doubt songs. While chatting with The Voice host Carson Daly for a 97.1 AMP Radio interview, Blake recounted the awkward moment he told Gwen he had no idea that she sings “Hey Baby.”
“Two months ago, ‘Hey Baby’ came on the radio and Gwen said something like, ‘Oh that’s wild. I haven’t heard that in a while.’ And she said, ‘You know, we won a GRAMMY for this song.’ And I said, ‘That’s y’all?! That’s you?!’ Because I literally thought that was like TLC!”
Luckily for Blake, Gwen was a good sport about his major misidentification.
“And Gwen was so sweet,” Blake recounted. “She was like, ‘Yeah, I guess I can see where you would think that.'”
Surely, Blake Shelton’s sweet sunflower surprise for Gwen Stefani will make up for his embarrassing mix-up.
