‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Billy Tries To Forget Phyllis With Bethany And Sharon Works Her Magic With Mariah [Spoilers]

The Young and the Restless spoilers tease big action is ahead this week, including the debut of a new character that could bring trouble between Billy and Phyllis Abbott. Sharon tries to get Mariah to keep her secret about Sully’s true identity. She isn’t willing to break up her family and believes that Sully belongs with them. The secret can’t stay buried forever, and when it comes out, it could destroy the lives of three families.

Soap Opera Digest reports that Billy will encounter Bethany at the GCAC bar. Bethany used to work for Billy when he owned the bar On the Boulevard. When she sees him, she will recognize him right away. When Billy asks for another drink, Bethany uses this chance to chat with her former boss. Bethany tries to work her magic with him, but it quickly becomes apparent that his mind is elsewhere.

The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Bethany will tell Billy that it is obvious he is missing someone else, but she isn’t looking for anything deep. She just wants to have fun. Billy takes her up on her offer and tells her that he lives alone. Once at his house, she asks for the tour of the place and makes it known that she has one thing on her mind: Billy taking her to his bedroom for a night of passion.

“She didn’t do or say anything the last time she saw him, and she probably regrets that decision. Bethany makes a comment that it’s obvious he is looking for someone else, but she isn’t looking for anything serious. She just wants to have a good time. She isn’t going to let this opportunity slip by her again. This time, she’s going for it.”

The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Sharon will try to convince Mariah that keeping Sully’s real identity is the right thing to do. CBS Soaps In Depth reports that Mariah feels conflicted about the secret and urges Sharon to tell Nick and Dylan the truth. Sharon is scared she could lose Dylan, and fears Nick’s wrath could lead to taking Faith away from her, again.

It seems strange to many fans that the Young and the Restless would write that Mariah decides to keep the secret of Sully’s real identity. The storyline should bring up memories for her, and she should be the one that figures out that Christian was Adam’s son.

Mariah was kidnapped from her mother as an infant, and led to believe that Sharon wasn’t her mother until she was an adult. If anyone wanted to make sure the truth comes out, it should be Mariah. She should feel for him, and want to protect him from the emotional trauma she endured. The Young and the Restless spoilers hint that Mariah will not tell anyone, and will keep the secret, at least for now.

The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of May 23 tease that Dylan could stumble upon a piece of information that is supposedly related to Constance’s murder allegations, but it could lead to the discovery that Adam is Christian’s father. So far, it looks like they won’t discover that Christian is alive just yet, but they will figure out that Nick was never Christian’s biological father.

The Young and the Restless brings the fans another action-packed week. Sharon continues to lie about Sully’s identity and hopes that no one will ever find out he is actually Christian. Dylan desperately tries to help Adam clear his name, and finds new evidence that could prove the opposite. Will Adam go to prison for murder charges orchestrated by Victor Newman? New character and wild child Bethany arrives to create tension between Phyllis and Billy.
