‘Morning After’ Wedding Albums Are A Sexy New Trend

The morning after wedding album puts a sexy twist on the traditional bride and groom keepsake photo display. Sexy wedding photo shoots are a hot new trend and often feature the new Mr. and Mrs. on rumpled sheets or lathering up in a steamy shower.

Morning after wedding albums do not necessarily take place during the honeymoon. The timing of the wedding after party photo shoot is entirely at the discretion of the bride and groom; some couples wait weeks for the follow-up photography session.

Sexy wedding photos are not yet as commonplace as images of the first kiss, first dance, or first cake slice but are becoming an option with more wedding photographers, the New York Daily News notes. Newlyweds who select the morning after wedding album option garner a less formal impression of the love shared the day they exchanged their vows.

“We do it very sexy and implied. I wanted to do the shoots to show that [marriage] is happy, it’s sexy and it’s not over. I try to make it fun. We try to make them laugh,” New Jersey wedding photographer Michelle Jonne’ told the New York Daily News. Jonne’ charges approximately $650 for morning after wedding album photos. Jonne’ was the inspiration behind the David and Victoria Beckham sultry Emporio Armani ads.

The morning after wedding albums are not pornography or overtly raunchy but simply an edgy and sexy photo collection of romantic memories. Although morning after wedding photos are trending up, not all wedding service providers are thrilled with the alternative photography sessions. Whether or not fans of traditional wedding photography agree with the sexy photo sessions, customers will likely dictate the staying power of morning after bride and groom photo sessions.
