Daniel Radcliffe Stars In Bizarre Film In Which His Erection Is Used As A Compass

Daniel Radcliffe gets an erection in the new trailer for Swiss Army Man, according to Gay Star News. And his fellow actor, Paul Dano, does all kinds of things with the body of the Harry Potter star in the upcoming film written and directed by Dan Kwan and Daniel Scheinert.

The Little Miss Sunshine actor plays the role of a suicidal man named Hank stranded on an island while Daniel Radcliffe plays Manny, a washed up corpse. And Hank sees Manny as his ticket to get off the island.

But don’t mind Daniel Radcliffe’s erection, as the 26-year-old actor and his co-star won’t get sexual onscreen this time (although Radcliffe has proven he can do that in Kill Your Darlings). In fact, in one of his interviews last year, the Harry Potter star said that gay sex “is really f***ing painful.” But he was quick to add that someone had told him that.

Instead of getting romantically involved, Daniel Radcliffe and his Swiss Army Man co-star develop a weird onscreen friendship, which started with the two making plans to get off the island alive.

You could also say that Dano’s role is similar to Tom Hanks’s role in Cast Away, and Daniel Radcliffe plays Wilson. But this Wilson, played by Radcliffe in Swiss Army Man, is not a volleyball, it’s a washed up corpse. In fact, it’s a multi-purpose corpse.

Daniel Radcliffe’s character serves as a shotgun, a catapult, a fire starter, and a jet ski. What a multi-purpose friend. And his erection serves as a compass to find a way home. That’s how Radcliffe puts his “magic wand” to work after the Harry Potter series ended.

The film starring Daniel Radcliffe was first shown at Sundance on January 22, but its official release is scheduled for June 24, 2016. The film also stars Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Sarah.

Early reviews have been mixed so far, with an approval score of 73 percent on Rotten Tomatoes. Some audience members during the film’s debut at Sundance were leaving the theater throughout the movie, as reported by Variety.

The Swiss Army Man trailer was not the only trailer for a movie starring Daniel Radcliffe that was released this week. Now You See Me 2 has released its new trailer showing four magicians played by Woody Harrelson, Dave Franco, Jesse Eisenberg, and Lizzy Caplan, according to Movie News Guide.

And this time there will be even more mesmerizing and breath-taking magic tricks by the four horsemen. So get ready to truly open your eyes and watch their every move. But this time, the four magicians will be assisted by Daniel Radcliffe, who will be part of their vanishing act.

Daniel Radcliffe will play the role of Walter Mabry, the film’s tech prodigy, who challenged the four magicians to perform a mind-boggling heist.

The original Now You See Me (the one without Daniel Radcliffe) grossed $351 million dollars worldwide. In the sequel, Isla Fisher has been replaced by Lizzy Caplan, but with the addition of the Harry Potter star, the film, which hits theaters on June 10, 2016, will surely attract moviegoers of all age groups.

So it looks like Daniel Radcliffe goes back to magic in his two upcoming films. In Swiss Army Man he uses his “magic wand” to find a way home, and in Now You See Me 2, he helps the four horsemen pull off their greatest magic trick yet.

Apart from Daniel Radcliffe, the cast is also joined by Sanaa Lathan, while Morgan Freeman, Michael Cane, and Mark Ruffalo return to the sequel.
