Justin Bieber & Katy Perry Blame Taylor Swift For Selena Gomez Split And Orlando Bloom Cheating Scandal?

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom were seen at the amfAR gala on May 19. But when it comes to resuming the close affection that they flaunted prior to Orlando’s hookup with Selena Gomez recently in Las Vegas, Perry and Bloom seemed to be living separate lives when it comes to their red carpet lack of canoodling, according to Hollywood Life.

Katy Perry made a solo entrance on the red carpet at amfAR's 23rd Cinema Against AIDS Gala on May 19.

Although Katy, 31, made it clear she did not want to split from Orlando, 39, despite the scandal that erupted when he was seen kissing the 23-year-old “Hands To Myself” singer, she also looked detached from Bloom at the gala.

Perry was gorgeous in a lipstick-red gown, and Orlando made a point of chatting with others, including models Petra Nemcova and Karolina Kurkova. But despite that separate appearance at the gala, Katy seemed to have forgiven Bloom by taking a romantic yacht trip with him a few days prior to the party.

One reason why Perry is standing by her man? Katy blames Taylor Swift for the flirty fun that Selena and Orlando enjoyed, claim sources cited by the International Business Times.

Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift hug.

After Perry learned about the too-close-for-comfort flirtation scandal between her actor boyfriend and the singer earlier this month at a Las Vegas nightclub, Katy chose Taylor as her scapegoat, contending that Gomez has always had her eyes on Bloom, according to one of the sources.

“Katy is putting the blame for this on Taylor Swift. She [Katy Perry] said that Selena has wanted her man forever.”

As for how Swift enters into the equation? Taylor is friends with Gomez, and there’s bad blood between Swift and Perry. Consequently, the insider claims that because of her friendship with Taylor, Selena felt “inspired” to flirt with Orlando on behalf of Swift.

But did Gomez really deliberately instigate the flirtation just to make Katy mad? Another source cited by IBT described the nightclub scene between the actor and 23-year-old singer.

“They were sitting so close, practically on top of each other. [Bloom] gushed over her…They were extremely touchy feely all night….They couldn’t keep their hands to themselves. They were playfully touching each other’s fingers and hands, him gently touching her leg and arm — and she was eating it up. “

Adding ammunition to the theory that Perry blames Taylor rather than Orlando or Selena, Katy took to Twitter to urge fans to look at what Bloom has done to help others, terming the scandal a conspiracy.

“Instead of giving energy & eyeballs to dumb conspiracy…check out how CooL this is,” urged Perry, linking to a Time article by Orlando about his role as a UNICEF goodwill ambassador and recent visit to eastern Ukraine.

And Perry isn’t the only one reportedly using Swift as a scapegoat. Justin Bieber allegedly also blames Taylor for his split from Gomez, according to a source cited by Fashion & Style.

“Justin knows that Taylor doesn’t like him and never will and the feeling is mutual, but he is smart enough to know not to say anything in public or on social media because he knows all the scrutiny he’d endure,” revealed the source.

Moreover, that insider also claims that Bieber always feels that Swift is the one to blame for all of his “Jelena” relationship problems and that he has no expectations of becoming friends with Taylor.

“He never expects to be her friend and is not looking to be her friend. He blames Taylor for some of his issues with Selena and that will never go away,” emphasized the source.

But has Swift become the universal scapegoat? Paradox points out that Taylor has come under fire as a “wealthy celebrity scapegoat.” Whether it’s her attitude toward her music or her friendships and girl squad, Swift repeatedly has gotten slammed.

And while the Biebs and Katy are roaring at Taylor because of her supposed role in pushing her best friend to flirt with Orlando, feminist Camille Paglia told Swift to dump her Girl Squad in order to “study the immensely productive dynamic of male bonding.”
