Kourtney Kardashian Shows Off Nude Bralette As Khloe Kardashian Sports A Bigger Pout


Kourtney Kardashian has been working really hard to maintain her revenge body, and she leaves no opportunity to show it off. In her latest Instagram picture, Kourtney Kardashian is wearing a really sexy lace bralette with high waist trousers. The mom of three can be seen posing sexily for the camera. This is not the first time Kourtney Kardashian has shown off her hot body and she often talks about how she maintains it.

On her website, Kourtneykardshian.com, Kourtney talks in detail about the foods she eats to keep healthy.

She even posts recipes of her favorite dishes. Basmati rice and ghee are two of her favorite foods, and she totally swears by them. Fennel seeds are another super food that Kourtney couldn’t live without. Of fennel seeds, she says she’d always had them in her kitchen, but she never used them.

“I always had fennel seeds in my kitchen with all of my spices but never really used them until one day my friends Jaden, Moises and Mateo came over and got really excited about the fact that I had them in my kitchen. Jaden sprinkled some into all of our hands and we all started chewing them. They explained to me that they are so good for you and that they are basically like chewing gum and freshen your breath.”

Another superfood that she swears by is ghee. She says that it’s the first thing she has in the morning.

“Ghee is the first thing I put in my body every morning. I take one big teaspoon of ghee every morning, melt it on the stove in a pan and drink it out of a cute little ceramic white cup. After I take it, I don’t eat anything for 20 minutes, and then I drink a glass of water before eating food. In my kitchen, I only cook with ghee and coconut oil and try to incorporate it into my meals as much as possible. We make French toast, grilled cheese sandwiches, quesadillas and basically anything we can with ghee.”

It looks like Kourtney Kardashian’s rather uncommon means to keep herself healthy are working pretty well. And it’s not just the foods she eats — it’s also the kind of work she puts on in the gym that makes all the difference. The Inquisitr had quoted E! News as saying that the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star works with her trainer, Don Books, and he makes sure she works as hard as she can. Kourtney Kardashian works out three to five days a week, that is good enough for her to keep her hot bod in shape. Her trainer calls the exercise regimen he uses the Don-A-Matrix method. Brooks says he makes sure he keeps the exercise regimen as varied and interesting as possible because Kourtney tends to get bored easily.

“The Don-A-Matrix Method is set up to resemble a sports game format consisting of four quarters. Each quarter has 3 sets of two different exercises, combined with rest or relief periods after each quarter,” said Brooks.

Khloe Kardashian, on the other hand, showed off pictures of herself with a packet of Fit Tea. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star swears by it and says she loves to start her day with it.

She captioned the picture, “You know how I do!! Getting my day started with my fav @fittea!???????? #spon.”

It looks like Khloe Kardashian is pretty clear about what she wants.

Khloe Kardashian had posted another picture of herself in which she is wearing a pink scarf on her head and pouting at the camera. Many comments suggested that she had probably used a lot of filters to look better. And her lips look pretty big in the picture too. Plastic surgery?
