Lamar Odom Returning To Brothel As Part Of ‘KUWTK’ Storyline, Kardashians Desperate For Ratings?

Lamar Odom has allegedly made one of the most daring decisions of his life — the athlete plans on returning to the Las Vegas brothel where he infamously overdosed as part of a Keeping Up with the Kardashians storyline.

The former basketball player, who is still said to be recovering from the incident, which took place in October, is convinced that retelling the events from his point of view at the brothel will do more good than harm.

“He’d be going there to recount what happened that fateful day. And, he wants the KUWTK cameras rolling,” a source revealed.

Odom has allegedly told producers that the move to return to the brothel will not only help him heal from the situation but also give fans an insight as to how deep he sunk to get himself in a position that almost cost him his life.

Lamar has been left overwhelmed with the amount of support he has received from fans of the reality show, which was one of the reasons he agreed to show photos of his time at a Vegas hospital in a recent episode of the program.

The Kardashians received a lot of backlash for including gruesome photos of Lamar with endless tubes stuck to his body during one of the worst times of his life. But the former Lakers player clarified that he made the decision to have the photos displayed on the show, simply because it’s relatable.

Lamar knows that there are people out there who are going through similar situations, and if he can get through it, anybody can. Yet, in order to document his recovery, Odom also wants to show the bad side of things, including what almost led to his death and how it happened.

Family members to drug addicts, or those with any sort of addiction for that matter, can look at the forthcoming episode and get a better understanding of the life of someone who is battling something so serious that it eventually takes over their life and consequently kills them.

On top of that, Lamar Odom reportedly plans on returning to the brothel with Khloe Kardashian by his side.

“Lamar also thinks that filming his return to the brothel would really bring he and Khloe Kardashian, 31, closer together. He wants her to see that he’s attempting to turn his life around and that he’s taking those big steps to understand that he needs to make better decisions for his life,” the source concluded.

Khloe Kardashian has been a tremendous support system for Odom, who openly admitted in a recent episode of KUWTK that he wouldn’t know where he would be without his estranged wife by his side.

The couple is still legally married, and Khloe has made no move in furthering plans to divorce Lamar. If things end up going his way, not only will the brothel episode bring them closer, but Khloe may be willing to give Lamar another chance to make things right.
