Khloe, Kourtney, & Kim Kardashian Join Kendall & Kylie Jenner In Sharing Best Weight Loss Diet & Fitness


If you’re keeping up with Khloe, Kourtney, and Kim Kardashian, as well as Kendall and Kylie Jenner, you may have observed their repeated references to weight loss. Whether it’s a picture of weight loss detox tea on Instagram or a video of Khloe sweating up a storm in the gym, the Kardashian and Jenner sisters are all about staying slim. And it’s not just genes, because the Keeping Up with the Kardashians stars are generous about dishing up their diet and weight loss fitness secrets, pointed out Yahoo Beauty.

Mom of three and the oldest Kardashian sister at 37, Kourtney emphasizes the use of full-fat dairy.

“In our house, we do everything whole: whole milk and full-fat cheeses. And I use ghee and coconut oil for cooking,” revealed Kourtney.

A recent study revealed that those who consume full-fat dairy tend to be less apt to be overweight. Researchers point to the acids in milk fat as increasing calorie burning and boosting weight loss.

It’s always tea time for not just Kourtney but her sisters Kendall and Kylie. All three sip detox tea as part of their diets. In a decade-long study of over 1,000 individuals, tea drinkers had almost 20 percent less body fat. In addition to helping with weight loss, tea can reduce stress, according to the researchers.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians stars also tend to move it to lose it early in the day. They prefer their morning workouts because of their busy schedules in the daytime — not to mention their desire to party hard at night.

But although they party together, they don’t all follow the same weight loss diet. Khloe recently shared that she lost 11 pounds just by giving up dairy products, such as the whole fat milk and cheese that her slim sister Kourtney swears by. Kim has been vocal about turning to the Atkins low-carb weight loss diet plan.

And although they love to snack, they also have different preferences. Khloe believes in keeping vegetables available to maintain her weight loss.

“I always have healthy items available to me when I’m hungry, so it’s available quickly. I’d rather eat a cookie than cut up vegetables, but now I don’t have an excuse,” explained Kardashian.

In contrast, Kylie goes nuts for Justin’s Almond Butter packets. But although they follow different weight loss diets, the Keeping Up with The Kardashians stars do agree on the importance of staying hydrated with plenty of water.

“Drink more water. You’d be surprised the difference drinking more water can make to your weight loss mission and workouts,” urges Kim.

Experts agree, with diet and fitness specialist Jay Cardiello revealing why he tells his own clients to drink up when they want to win their weight loss wars.

“Water may just be the best pre-workout supplement when you’re looking to shed weight. When a client is looking to trim down, I tell them to drink at least eight 8-ounce glasses of water each day and at least 8 ounces during their workouts.”

In addition, when it comes to exercise, the Kardashian and Jenner sisters work out together in the gym to stay motivated.

“My sister Kourtney…is on a workout kick to get her body back,” Kylie revealed. “She lives up the street, so I’ll join her for a trainer session sometimes.”

The American College of Sports Medicine discovered that when friends exercise together, they work out an average of 34 minutes longer than trying to stay motivated during a workout on their own.

Some of the Keeping Up with the Kardashians sisters also agree when it comes to avoiding alcohol. Kim never drinks alcohol, while the Jenner girls try to avoid those cocktails as well.

“Even when Kendall goes to Europe where the drinking age is 18, she’s never—Kendall’s really focused and determined,” praised Khloe.

As a supermodel, Jenner is determined to keep her tummy trim, especially for those nude photos, she commented.

“I like to work out to feel better about myself. I do a lot of photo shoots with my stomach showing, and it just feels better to know that I can wear a crop top–or nothing, lol–at a last-minute shoot and not be worried about it,” shared Kendall.

The sisters also sometimes find inspiration from each other. After gaining 15 pounds, Kylie shared that she succeeded in achieving her weight loss goals with a boost from sister Khloe, reported Hollywood Life.

Jenner says that she first visited the doctor and learned that she was allergic to dairy. And for encouragement with sticking to her new dairy-free weight loss diet, Khloe inspired her, even though it wasn’t easy to give up her favorite foods.

“I love like, cheese and everything so I’m so mad,” confessed Kylie. “[Khloe is] doing really great [with her own food sacrifices].”
