Brandi Redmond Talks Marriage Troubles: Are They Still In Love?

Brandi Redmond has been sharing her marriage troubles on The Real Housewives of Dallas for a few episodes now. Brandi didn’t realize that she was having marital troubles before her husband started ignoring her and treating her differently. Plus, when Redmond went out with her girlfriends and got up on stage to dance with some male strippers, her husband was completely shocked, and this clearly created a wedge between them. Brandi tried to resolve the issues with her husband during a date night on last night’s episode of The Real Housewives of Dallas, but things didn’t work out the way she wanted.

According to a new Bravo report, Brandi Redmond is now revealing that she was completely heartbroken with the way the episode ended, as her husband walked out on her. And she agrees with Stephanie Hollman that communication is the key to a successful marriage. Right now, they aren’t really talking to one another, and she feels iced out by her husband.

“I agree that communication is key to anything however when you are dealing with feelings emotionally and physically it’s harder to open up for some and easier just to avoid conflict. Stephanie’s comment hurt me because it seems as if she doesn’t believe in my marriage and future. Sharing personal things with your best friend warrants the truth but not negativity,” Brandi Redmond explains on her blog, revealing that Stephanie was right about their communication.

To resolve their issues, Redmond decided to take her husband out for dinner. While he just wanted to eat and drink, she wanted to talk about their marriage. And when she started crying, he walked out on her.

“I was nervous speaking with Bryan about the bbq because I knew he didn’t want to talk about it,” Brandi Redmond reveals on her blog, sharing that she was completely heartbroken that he was so cold and icy.

Redmond reveals that he wanted to relax, spend time together, and not really talk about his feelings. And he does appear to be uncomfortable on The Real Housewives of Dallas. Maybe he wanted her to film the show so she had something to do when he was traveling, but he wasn’t expecting to talk about the marital troubles while filming a show for the whole world to see.

“I believe his thoughts were that he was spending time with me in that moment and it was ridiculous for me to go there. However, I did go there and it resulted in him feeling unappreciated for the time he was giving me. I’ll admit this date was hard and I couldn’t line up my words correctly and Bryan is a straight shooter. Bryan is incredible and I can’t thank him enough for all that he does for my family. However, he doesn’t like drama or confrontation so this just annoyed him even more. My tears set him off and my heart was aching. When he walked away it made me regret trying to talk to him. I love him so much and my heart was heavy,” Brandi Redmond reveals on her blog for the show.

When Redmond’s husband walked out, he said that he couldn’t believe she was crying and said he was done. In her blog, Redmond reveals that they are indeed very much in love and are working through their issues. On Instagram, Brandi is still posting pictures of their family life together. However, she has also hinted that she may not return for another season of the show, as it has been too much for her marriage.
