Ozzy & Sharon Osbourne ‘Inspired’ By Beyoncé To Create Cheating Rumors [Report]

Following days of claims that Ozzy Osbourne was unfaithful to Sharon Osbourne, his wife of more than 30 years, the couple are now being accused of creating their marriage drama to create buzz for Ozzy’s new tour.

According to a new report by Page Six, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne are both being accused of taking a page from Beyoncé and Jay Z’s book amid speculation that their alleged marriage issues are nothing but a publicity stunt.

The site is claiming that the Osbourne’s were inspired by Beyoncé’s recent visual album Lemonade, in which she insinuates that Jay Z may have cheated, and reported that Sharon allegedly decided to manufacture drama in order to gain interest for Ozzy’s tour with his band, Black Sabbath.

“Sharon is the queen of publicity stunts, there’s always deliberate drama going on, it maintains interest in them as a family,” an insider alleged to Page Six of Sharon and Ozzy, which follows days of reports that the two were having a serious marriage crisis after Ozzy allegedly cheated on the former X Factor judge.

“She’s a very smart woman, it would be very hard for Ozzy to carry on an affair under her nose without her knowing about it,” the source continued of Sharon. “If it is a stunt, it has got him almost as much press as when he bit that bat’s head off.”

The insider also claimed that Sharon and Ozzy’s daughter, Kelly Osbourne, is in on the supposed publicity stunt after she appeared to drop a serious hint that her mom and dad may have been inspired by the media circus that surrounded Beyoncé’s Lemonade on Instagram.

Sharon and Ozzy’s daughter took to Instagram amid the cheating allegations on May 10 to post a shot of herself holding a lemon, alongside the caption “Guess who’s turning [lemon]’s into #lemonade?”

Osbourne also appeared to reference Beyoncé’s new album when she returned to her seat on the daytime talk show The Talk following a day-long hiatus after the news broke.

As Metro reported earlier this week, Sharon returned to her The Talk chair to discuss the drama surrounding her marriage, where she tellingly opted to sip lemonade while discussing their marriage.

Reports that Sharon was allegedly inspired by the “Formation” singer follows a previous report by Page Six that claimed Beyoncé and Jay Z were also accused of creating their supposed cheating drama the pop star references on Lemonade.

The site claimed that Jay Z’s alleged other woman, who Beyoncé referred to as “Becky with the good hair” in the Lemonade song “Sorry,” does not actually exist.

“They develop these storylines to sell albums. Lemonade is a movie crafted to drive sales. Jay and Beyoncé are entertainers at the top of their game,” a source said of the couple just weeks before Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne’s alleged marriage issues came to light.

“They’re marketing masters. They’re pros at this. The more attention, the more they sell, the better,” a second insider continued to Page Six of Beyoncé and Jay Z last month. “All that speculation is to get press when they need it. Lemonade is much deeper than infidelity, but that’s the focus. As long as people are talking, they don’t care.”

Sharon Osbourne and Ozzy Osbourne are yet to speak out regarding reports that their alleged marriage woes are nothing more than a publicity stunt, but another source claimed to Page Six that Sharon and her husband do in fact have genuine problems within their marriage.

Despite one source speculating that Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne’s marriage problems may have been manufactured, “multiple sources” admitted to Page Six earlier this week that the couple, who married in 1982, do have “trouble in their marriage,” likely stemming from the recent rumors.
