‘Fear The Walking Dead’: Will Episode 6 Be A Bloodbath? [Rumor]
Speculation is rife that Episode 6 of AMC’s Fear the Walking Dead will be a bloodbath after a fansite suggests two new characters in the show will die this Sunday night. But who are they? And are these rumors even true?
Spoiler alert: This article speculates on Episode 6 (entitled “Sicut Cervus”) of Season 2 of AMC’s Fear the Walking Dead. Please proceed with caution if you wish to avoid potential spoilers.
The official synopsis for Episode 6 is as follows.
“Conflict erupts in a final push towards Strand’s destination. Chris makes a decision that shakes the family. Nick meets a new maternal figure.”
Episode 6 of Fear the Walking Dead seems like it could be a huge episode. Not only do promotional stills from the episode show the fact the group might actually get to Mexico, but there could be complications on board the Abigail as a result of Chris’ state of mind in regards to the infected and that incident from Episode 5 where he killed Reed (Jesse McCartney) and insisted he was already infected.
Added into the mix, according to the Spoiling Dead Fans Facebook page, will also be the demise of two new characters. A special Q&A was done for Episode 6, and here’s a breakdown on what they said fans can expect to see in this episode.
- As seen in the above trailer for Episode 6 of Fear the Walking Dead, two men approach the Abigail. One of those men is known to Victor Strand’s (Colman Domingo) business associate, Luis Flores (Arturo del Puerto), the other is not. According to TSDF, Luis will get injured during a shootout after this scene. In the trailer, Daniel (Ruben Blades) is seen about to stab someone. TSDF suggests this is Luis which Daniel is about to put down. And considering the images released by AMC below in the gallery show everyone except for Luis, this spoiler sounds plausible. However, perhaps AMC is just messing with fans. After all, Luis is still listed for 12 episodes of Fear the Walking Dead on the show’s IMDb listing.
- If the group finally gets to Mexico, does that mean Victor Strand will be reunited with his boyfriend, Thomas Abigail (Dougray Scott)? Apparently, according to TSDF, the short answer is, “Yes.” However, Thomas is also listed as the other new character from Fear the Walking Dead who will die is this episode. It is not said how Thomas will die, and it is not clear if Victor will get to see Thomas while he is still alive.
- The owl medallion seen in this Episode 6 trailer is supposed to belong to Luis Flores. Apparently, Ofelia (Mercedes Mason) has been tasked by Luis to return this medallion to his mother.
- Finally, if you are expecting to see more of Alex (Michelle Ang) from Flight 462 in Episode 6 of Fear the Walking Dead, you have lucked out this time around. According to TSDF, Alex will not be seen in this episode.
