After so many years together, Abby Reynolds knows there’s something different about John. Ultimately, she finds out that there is a younger woman who has his attention. John says that it’s nothing serious and that the woman is only a friend who has helped him through some very difficult times. However, when she walks in and finds John openly flirting with the woman, it becomes obvious that John is falling out of love with her and into the arms of another woman.

The longtime couple finally calls it quits, but their plan is interrupted after their daughter announces that she is getting married. Meanwhile, John’s grandfather, “Pops,” has had a stroke and encourages his family to spend time with the ones they love because time is crucial. Aware of their marital troubles, Pops tells John that he must love his wife “all the way to the end.” Will John accept his advice and try to rekindle what he had with Abby, or will he ultimately decide to spend time with a new and younger love?
