Jordan Rodgers Next ‘Bachelor’? If So, Who Is ‘Bachelorette’ JoJo’s Final Pick?

The Bachelorette season premiere is less than two weeks away, and fans are already wondering which one of JoJo Fletcher’s guys will become the next Bachelor and who won JoJo’s heart.

Filming for the final rose ceremony wrapped up earlier this week in Phuket, Thailand, so it’s only a matter of time before spoilers reveal who won the final rose and which guy will become the next Bachelor.

Us Weekly revealed early on in the season that contestant Jordan Rodgers, who was one of four guys who made it to hometowns, might be JoJo’s final pick. However, viewers are now speculating that the former pro football quarterback may be handing out a few roses of his own on the 21st season of the Bachelor and contestant Luke Pell, a Nashville-based musician who grew up in Texas, is the guy who got down on one knee and proposed to JoJo.

During a recent interview with Yahoo!, Bachelorette host Chris Harrison dropped a few hints about Jordan, implying that he may have joined the cast hoping to make his way to the final three in an effort to get picked to become the Bachelor.

Considering he is the younger brother of Green Bay Packers’ quarterback Aaron Rodgers, choosing Jordan to become ABC’s next leading man would be great for ratings.

“Jordan is very interesting… JoJo has a spark with him right off the bat. The billion-dollar question is if he is here to extend his fame or find love. Is he just there trading on his brother’s name? Is he here to make a run to be the next Bachelor?”

Chris states that although JoJo made a connection with Jordan on night one, she quickly became a bit leery of him, using the old “too good to be true” line when describing her feelings for the 27-year-old athlete.

He goes on to say that Jordan has “game” and was very good at “wooing” Fletcher, but was he there for the right reasons? Fans will find out soon enough how things play out when the season gets underway on May 23.

So far, blogger Reality Steve hasn’t been able to confirm if Jordan went home after the overnight dates or if he made it to the finale, but there is another contestant who has Harrison’s approval when it comes to picking the perfect guy for this season’s Bachelorette. Chris points to Luke Pell as a great fit for JoJo Fletcher, a man who he says is “the total package.”

In addition to Jordan Rodgers, Luke is one of the four guys who made it to the hometown dates that were filmed last month. If Chris’ endorsement means anything, he could be the last man standing at the rose ceremony.

“Luke is one of my favorite guys this season and has one of the best stories… He is smart, kind, and charming. He is the whole package. He is a Texas boy, so he and JoJo have that in common. He really fits for JoJo.”

In past seasons of the Bachelorette, producers have typically picked the next Bachelor from one of the top four, but not the final two. If Jordan makes it to the final rose ceremony, chances are he won’t have a shot at handing out roses in 2017 and, if he’s not engaged to JoJo, perhaps fans will see him on the upcoming season of Bachelor in Paradise.

Will Jordan turn out to be a guy on a mission to get the Bachelor gig, and is JoJo engaged to Luke Pell? There is no doubt that the final rose spoilers will leak out online before the season begins, but the best way to find out exactly what happens this season is to watch the show.

Tune in to watch the two-hour Bachelorette season premiere on ABC at 9 p.m. ET. on Monday, May 23.
