JoJo Fletcher’s time as The Bachelorette is about to start airing, and it turns out one of the guys on her show has a bit of a shady past. Radar Online revealed that Alexander Woytkiw was actually arrested for prowling and loitering. That does sound pretty scary, but when you hear the entire story, it sounds more like a college prank that went wrong. The arrest happened back in March of 2011 while he was in Florida. It has been five years since the arrest, and Alexander Woytkiw has moved on just fine.
Campus police got a call about a suspicious person, and when they got to the area, they found two men crouched down in the bushes. These men were found by security officer John Schrader. He asked them what was going on, and the men simply told him that they were messing with a friend, but of course, this was not the entire story about Alexander Woytkiw’s arrest. One of these guys was Alexander, who is trying to win the heart of JoJo Fletcher. They were actually trying to do something, but it didn’t work out. The campus security officer found a hammer and then he called Florida State University Police Department to help out. The documents explain what went down with Alexander Woytkiw.
“Woytkiw admitted going to Chi Omega with the intent of taking the sorority letters off of the house. Woytkiw stated he saw the security officer come around the corner and hid in the bushes up until the point that he confronted them.”
It was just a misdemeanor, and Alexander Woytkiw took care of everything that he needed to after it was over with. It looks like they were just trying to pull a prank and take the letters down, but it didn’t work out. Things could have been a lot worse. College pranks like this are pretty normal, but when the police get involved that is another story.
According to his Instagram page, this guy that is trying to win JoJo is a Marine. Obviously, they didn’t see this arrest as a big issue. Something else to notice on Alexander’s page is that he is back to posting pictures of himself again. Alexander did take a break, but it looks like he could have already been sent home from The Bachelorette. If he wasn’t, then he has a friend posting for him and trying to confuse the fans of the show.
There really isn’t any reason for JoJo Fletcher to be concerned about this arrest, but when you are thinking about deciding between 25 guys, you have to consider everything. This could end up being the thing that gets him sent home a bit early if she finds out about it or depending on how she hears the story JoJo could think it is hilarious and just laugh it off deciding to keep Alexander around.
JoJo’s ex Chad Rookstool was actually arrested for stealing $100 from a job that he had so maybe she isn’t really against someone who has a small criminal history. Chad just had to do a bit of community service and pay a fee for it so he got off pretty easy like Alexander did.
It is almost time to see if Alexander or someone else is who JoJo picks in the end. Her season will be starting in less than two weeks. Reality Steve has already been spoiling this season, and you know he will find a way to figure out who JoJo picks in the end before it ever airs on ABC. Maybe Alexander Woytkiw can win her heart.
