‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ Spoilers: Caroline Faces A Big Decision And Rick’s Drive To Take Over Forrester Creations Intensifies

Thursday brings another dramatic episode of The Bold and the Beautiful. Spoilers detail that there will be more related to Caroline, Thomas, and Douglas on the way while there is action ahead regarding Rick and his intensified determination to displace Ridge at Forrester Creations as well. Where are things headed in the May 12 show?

As everybody saw on Wednesday’s episode, Thomas called Caroline and told her to meet him at the cabin. They discussed the complicated situation with Douglas, and he explained that he cannot just ignore the fact that he has a son. Bold and Beautiful spoilers for Thursday’s episode detail that Caroline will face making a difficult decision.

Obviously, Caroline would have preferred to keep the secret regarding Douglas’ paternity entirely under wraps. However, viewers have watched her struggle with this secret for months now. She had brought up the idea of telling Thomas the truth multiple times, but Ridge always refused to discuss it. Now that the truth is out, at least among this small group, will she be able to convince her husband to shift their family dynamic so Douglas can grow up knowing the truth?

We Love Soaps teases Bold and Beautiful spoilers that Caroline will be trying to make a decision regarding the parenting of the baby during the next show. Will she decide to allow Thomas to become a father figure to Douglas or will he have to fight for this to happen? Will her husband go along with whatever she decides?

Rick has been bitter about Ridge’s position at Forrester Creations since Eric made changes some time back, but his negativity is escalating and B&B spoilers tease that he is about to ramp up a new effort to shake things up. As Soap Central shares, he is about to get a bit of help and this will definitely cause friction. Katie is going to end up joining forces with Rick in this new plan.

As viewers saw on Wednesday’s show, Ridge exploded at Katie and blamed her for the truth about Douglas emerging. Of course, she never knew what a can of worms she was opening when she started talking with Dr. Wolin, but she insists that it is for the best that the truth has emerged. However, it sounds as if his exploding at her regarding her interference may pave the way for her to start working against him.

Will Katie tell Rick what she learned about Douglas, and will he use that as ammunition to take back control of Forrester Creations? Viewers will have to stay tuned to find out, but Bold and Beautiful spoilers do indicate that Katie’s latest moves will generate a lot of friction at home. Katie has already been having intense issues with Bill due to her drinking, and now it seems that these other situations will throw the marriage into a crisis.

As the week continues, B&B spoilers tease that Steffy and Quinn will come face-to-face for the first time since Liam’s disappearance. Steffy has been in a pretty fragile state since this all began, but many expect her to be fierce when she confronts her mother-in-law. Liam is still trying to woo Steffy back, but for now, she remains with Wyatt. Fans are guessing, however, that this situation is far from resolved.

Will Rick and Katie be successful in taking over Forrester Creations? How will the situation regarding Douglas play out as Caroline tries to decide what she wants to see happen? The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers indicate that there is plenty more drama on the way, including major shockers for Nicole, Zende, and Sasha, and fans cannot wait to see what comes next.
