‘Teen Mom 2’ Kailyn Lowry Finally Speaks Out About Javi Marroquin Divorce Rumors: ‘Changes Are Happening’
Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry has finally had enough of the ongoing divorce rumors regarding her marriage to Javi Marroquin.
Although Kailyn Lowry hasn’t been seen with her wedding ring on in months and rarely says a thing about Marroquin online, things between them don’t appear to be headed for divorce quite yet. That said, Kailyn Lowry teased fans of upcoming changes in a new interview.
“I have a lot of stuff going on in my life,” Kailyn Lowry explained to Real Mr. Housewife on May 11. “Big things are coming. Changes are happening… I had the opportunity to go skydiving, so I decided to do it.”
In addition to an online post calling Marroquin “borderline inappropriate” after seeing that he had shared an allegedly racy photo with another woman, Kailyn Lowry retweeted a message about her rumored divorce just weeks ago.

“This is really getting sickening. I can’t take a breath or a step without people claiming it has something to do with a divorce,” Kailyn Lowry continued to Real Mr. Housewife. “I went skydiving because I wanted to and, again the opportunity to go was there. That’s simply all there was to it.”
Kailyn Lowry also recently shared a video of herself and another man in which she was portrayed as his girlfriend as he sat with his arm around her. As soon as the Teen Mom 2 star posted the clip, she was immediately faced with backlash from fans who felt it was completely inappropriate and disrespectful.
As Radar Online revealed on May 4, Kailyn Lowry was seen flirting with two different men in the clip, and during one particular scene, a condom packet was visible.
“Am I the only one who thinks this is a little inappropriate bc she’s married,” one commenter wrote.
Another added, “This is so wrong.”

“I acknowledge the fact that I’m on TV and this comes with the territory to an extent, but at this point there are some things I want to keep between my family,” Kailyn Lowry continued. “Due to that, I would really appreciate this over analyzation of every move I make stopping, as it’s simply getting ridiculous.”
While Kailyn Lowry didn’t come right out and say that she and Marroquin aren’t getting divorced, it is certainly good to hear that she thinks the speculation is “ridiculous.”
Rumors of the possible end of Kailyn Lowry’s marriage to Marroquin began earlier this year when the couple unfollowed one another on social media after a dispute on Twitter. At the time, Radar Online revealed Marroquin had posted a message about a Calvin Klein photo he sent to a woman named Kimberly, which immediately prompted an online dispute.
When a follower of the Teen Mom 2 star asked her if she approved of her husband sending photos to another woman, Kailyn Lowry told the fan, “Borderline inappropriate but it is what it is.”
She also posted three “OK” emojis, which some considered to be shade.
In response to Kailyn Lowry’s post, Marroquin wrote, “Don’t.”
A short time later, after a fan posted a message to Marroquin, which read, “Jealousy switching to the other foot now. She loves ya and misses ya,” he replied, “Haha too late.”
Since the incident took place, Kailyn Lowry hasn’t been seen with her wedding ring at all, and Marroquin has been seen with his band just once.
