‘Quantico’ Season 1 Finale Spoilers: The Terrorist Is Revealed And Questions Get Answered

Quantico has kept fans on the edge of their seat all season long. When ABC released the synopsis and showed previews for their newest show, viewers were intrigued. Initially, Quantico was hard to connect with because of the flashbacks and present day confusion, but as fans got used to the format, the ratings began to climb steadily. There were some questions about how another season could follow, and those have now been answered with the revelation of the true bomber. With the Quantico Season 1 finale airing next week, there are plenty of questions, but there are only limited answers available.

Back when the Quantico aired the winter finale, everyone believed that Elias (Rick Cosnett) was the bomber. After the show returned, the true identity of the bomber was not revealed. While Alex (Priyanka Chopra) was sure that there was someone else out there who was the true terrorist, no one else around her believed her. The second half of the season focused on confusing fans, but last night’s episode finally revealed the truth. According to Entertainment Weekly, the Quantico terrorist is none other than Liam (Josh Hopkins). This isn’t very farfetched, especially since several fans have voiced their concern about him since the beginning.

Several questions are now surfacing for which answers have been promised on the Quantico Season 1 finale. What was the reason behind Liam’s attack? Was Alex the only one he could have targeted? And lastly, where did the other members fit into the plan? A lot will be crammed into the finale next Sunday night, much of which will flow over into Season 2. It will be a long summer break with Quantico off the air, but fans are hooked at this point. All of the latest questions have been flooding social media, and the theories have begun circulating since the show aired last night. Quantico has several shady characters, and they all have pasts as well.

Fans have been waiting for Quantico to elaborate on several characters and their pasts, but that will be happening more in Season 2. Right now, the Season 1 finale will deal with wrapping up the questions about why Liam was the terrorist. He was influencing all of the recruits around him differently, pinpointing the weakest ones and preying on them. Quantico has done a great job at casting doubt and suspicions, but the lack of information at this point has been frustrating for several fans. Alex being involved was an obvious choice, but why Simon (Tate Ellington) and Drew (Lenny Platt)? It was mentioned that Drew was there when the Chicago terror incident occurred. The links have been given to fans, but all of the lines have not connected.

Season 2 is already set for Quantico, and fans are waiting for the Season 1 finale to tie everything together. According to TV Line, Liam has been shown as the terrorist and his how and why will be explained next week. There have been rumors that the final moments of the show will launch the cast forward, leaving fans to wonder about things all summer long.

Another death is imminent, but the clue as to who will be the casualty on Quantico is missing. Some fans believe it will be Shelby (Johanna Braddy). Her story has been woven into this season, but she was never really tied to anything. Will her story end just as quickly as it began?

Speculation is that several answers will not be given, which will lead to frustrated fans. The creator has already announced that some loose ends will not be tied as one part was cut from the Season 1 finale. Quantico has been intense, but the season finale is going to be the most intense episode the show has offered yet.
