Lamar Odom Back To Day Drinking At The Beverly Center

Lamar Odom is back to hanging out with friends who have no problem with the fact that he is back to drinking, despite his brush with death, and Khloé Kardashian continues to be disappointed by Odom’s reckless behavior. Just this weekend, Lamar Odom was once again photographed drinking, this time, mid-day at the mall while out shopping with friends.

According to the Inquisitr, Lamar Odom started drinking again before Easter, while Khloé Kardashian was still paying his way, and including him in Kardashian family activities. Just hours before Odom went to church services for Easter, Odom was photographed out drinking with friends in the early morning hours of Easter Sunday. After the photos surfaced, Khloé Kardashian stated she was not aware that Odom was drinking again.

TMZ reported that, over the weekend, Lamar Odom was at the Beverly Center shopping for shoes and drinking cognac mid-day. Odom seems to be way beyond the promise he made to Khloé Kardashian that stated he would not go back to drinking and drugging after barely surviving an overdose in October. It seems whenever Odom is out from under Kardashian’s watchful eye, he is finding a way to sneak in a drink, while also denying that their marriage is over.

Sunday afternoon, Lamar Odom reportedly hit the mall bar at the Beverly Center to drink three Remy Martins alone while his friends shoe shopped. While drinking, he spoke with several women and spent $60 on drinks.

E! Online says that it isn’t just Khloé Kardashian who is disappointed by Lamar Odom’s lack of commitment to sober living, as fans are taking to social media to call Odom out for not putting in more of an effort to stay sober after nearly dying six months ago. Kardashian claims that she is saddened, and seems to regret putting her own life on hold to help Odom, who will not work to save himself.

But, Kardashian is also concerned that she is “suffocating” Odom in her efforts to keep him clean, though fans seem to think any blame should be put squarely on Odom.

“She [Kardashian] continues to support him through the recovery process and, since he does have a history with addiction, she is worried but isn’t going to intervene unless it turns into a problem.”

Friends of Odom say that his problem is not with alcohol, though his intake during his Nevada brothel OD seems to tell another story.

“Lamar has no issues with drinking. He is well aware of what he is doing and he is not going to f*** it up.”

The Daily Mail revealed that Khloé Kardashian posted a phrase on social media about how she feels about more photos of Lamar Odom drinking publicly over the weekend. Sunday night, Kardashian tweeted, “Hmmm, people disappoint,” presumably about Odom day-drinking at the mall earlier that day.

Also from this weekend, photos have surfaced of Odom hooked up to tubes and wires in intensive care. Odom appears to be in bad shape after his overdose at a Nevada brothel.

Sources close to Odom are afraid that Lamar Odom is once again heading down a “dark path” as he has shown that he is an addict. Odom reportedly believes that he can still drink when he wants to, as he does not see himself as an alcoholic.

“He [Odom] believes he can ‘casually drink’ without any consequences.”

But friends believe that at least one consequence will be that Kardashian will no longer support Odom or his behavior.
