Lisa Rinna Avoids Owning Up To Vulgar Instagram Rant, ‘RHOBH’ Fans Upset Over Comments

Lisa Rinna has been under fire for almost all of Season 6 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Last season, she did draw attention to herself but this time, it was her mouth that really upset her co-stars and fans. Rinna is known for speaking her mind, but she may have gone too far when ranting on social media. Both Lisa Rinna and Eileen Davidson have offended several Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans in the process of trying to “defend” their actions this season.

Upon appearing on Watch What Happens Live just a few days ago, Lisa Rinna attempted to explain away a very vulgar Instagram she went on. Andy Cohen has been fielding questions about firing Rinna and Eileen Davidson over their behavior, and he wasn’t about to let her on the show without addressing the elephant in the room. According to All About the Tea, Lisa Rinna made excuse after excuse regarding the rant. She did admit to snapping, but the words she used were incredibly hate-filled and vulgar. It was in response to “trolls and haters,” which Rinna has been experiencing a lot of following Season 6 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airing. While her mouth is supposed to be what she is known for, censoring herself is one thing she has not yet mastered.

The drama Lisa Rinna has caused was entertaining when she was first added at the beginning of Season 5 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The drama she stirred up with Kim Richards and Brandi Glanville kept things interesting, and it escalated quickly. When Rinna came in for Season 6, there was no doubt it would be bigger than last season. Fans have spoken out about her vulgar words and crude attitude, but all it did was allow her to lash back out. Yolanda Foster was the target Rinna initially chose but by the end of the season, it was Lisa Rinna versus Lisa Vanderpump. That was when things really got intense and started affecting the entire group of ladies.

Fans have been calling for Andy Cohen and the Bravo network to fire Lisa Rinna and Eileen Davidson. Several tweets have been sent out, Instagram comments typed, and comments posted on Facebook that indicate a lot of bad feelings toward these two ladies. Lisa Vanderpump has a huge fan base and once she became the target, it was a full social media war. Rinna called fans vulgar names, but accusing them of being fat and toothless were the “nicest” terms she used. While Cohen clearly was aggravated by what had happened between the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast members, he was interested to see what Rinna would say about her rants. Instead of owning all of it, she made several excuses that just continued to fuel the haters.

Season 7 is definitely happening for the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but Lisa Rinna on the cast is up in the air. Several fans have offered to boycott the network and the show if they allow the soap stars back for the next season, but that would end a lot of the drama. Andy Cohen is a businessman and he knows how to make sure things get done. Despite the divided fan base, it would likely be in the network’s best interest to keep Rinna and Eileen Davidson on for the next season. Without intense drama, the show will become boring. Two other shows in the franchise are struggling and the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has been quite profitable. Lisa Rinna may have gone further than anyone expected but the drama she brings keeps several viewers tuning in.
