Jennifer Lawrence: ‘Game Of Thrones’ Star Says Jennifer Lawrence ‘Punched Me In The Vagina’
Sophie Turner of the hit HBO show Game of Thrones shares that Oscar-winner Jennifer Lawrence got a little too close for comfort on the set of X-Men: Apocalypse. The actress shared that Lawrence got so close that she ended up punching her in the genitals.

The Toronto Sun shares the words of Turner in regard to the painfully awkward encounter with Jen, when the actress spoke during the Just Jared Spotlight talk.
“She punched me in the vagina once. I didn’t ask her to either. It just happened. (Co-star) Evan (Peters) and I were having a fake fight and I said something like, ‘I’ll c— punch you’ or ‘I’ll punch you in the crotch’ and then Jen thought that I said, ‘Please c— punch me, Jen’, so she punched me in the vagina and I was like, ‘Awesome!’ It was pretty funny.”
Turner admits she learned quite a lot from Lawrence during their time on set for the soon-to-release film, Within the movie Sophie plays a young Jean Grey, while Jen takes on the role of Mystique once more. Sophie spoke more about Jennifer Lawrence’s demeanor and how the blonde beauty inspired her.
“She is definitely a big inspiration to work with and she is just how you’d want Jennifer Lawrence to be. She’s exactly the same person that you see in interviews. And she was just amazing. She was really fun, really cool. Hilarious!”
The young beauty does, however, admit that she finds herself becoming starstruck around big-name actors and shares about how she reacts when she comes face to face with them.
“I’m, like, not cool if I ever meet celebrities. The amount of times that I’ve collapsed in front of celebrities because I’ve been so in awe of them has been ridiculous. Or I’ve said stupid stuff.”
The 20-year-old Brit went on to share an example of an embarrassing moment, other than the genital punch experienced by Jennifer Lawrence. The particular fanatic moment involved a time when she swooned about the fact that Justin Bieber was in the same room as her.
“I didn’t meet him; I was in the same vicinity as him. I was in a circle of people and I saw him. I collapsed and held onto my friend and I was shaking and I was like, ‘It’s Justin’. And then he walked away. So next time he’ll be like, ‘Who the f— is that freak? That’s the one that collapsed!'”
Jennifer Lawrence has found herself around enough A-list celebrities in her career that she likely has gotten over the starstruck shock that such stars can cause. Lawrence is clearly an A-lister herself. The beauty has also continued to lead her life in the spotlight in as real of a manner as she can and voices her opinions readily. She has become an inspiration to many due to her assertiveness on important subjects such as the gender pay gap and body image.

Most recently, Lawrence was sure to make it known that she believes a “new normal” in regard to body size should be made standard, seeing as there is a warped sense of what “normal” and “plus-size” figures are. Both Lawrence and her funny pal Amy Schumer were considered plus-size recently, and each of the actresses spoke out on the ridiculousness of that label in relation to their size 6-8 frames. Lawrence shared her thoughts about this, as Yahoo Beauty shares.
“There’s so many different ways to be beautiful; Amy and I are always laughing about it. Everyone always talks about us like, ‘Look, plus-size actresses!’ Our idea of what is curvy is, like, so bizarre.”
