Ron Swanson To Auction Off Mustache

Ron Swanson’s thick and luxurious mustache is the envy of every man. The average citizens pends hours everyday staring into the mirror dreaming of a day where they too can grow such a fine example of manhood. (It’s true.) Well, Ron Swanson may not be able to help you grow a mustache, but he is offering you the chance to own one.

Nick Offerman, who plays Ron Swanson on Parks and Recreations, is auctioning off his mustache for charity.

According to the Huffington Post, Offerman shaved off his mustache and then had it reconstructed on a model of his face. That was then put behind museum quality glass.

Ron Swanson’s mustache will be auctioned off on August 23 at an event called “Karaoke For Kids: Kicking Cancer’s Ass” to benefit the pediatric cancer charity Because of Ezra.

Offerman said:

“My mustache and I are tickled pink to have the opportunity to help raise some funds for this great charity… My mature bush is also available by private auction, but only serious bidders (Zuckerberg or Romney) need apply.”
