Are Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom finally divorcing?

Khloe Kardashian and Odom parted ways in 2013 and in December of that year, Khloe Kardashian filed for divorce. However, before a judge signed off on the finalization of their split, Odom suffered an overdose and Khloe Kardashian agreed to have their divorce thrown out for the time being.

As Khloe Kardashian's husband continues to recover from his overdose, the pair remains married and so far, Khloe Kardashian doesn't appear to have refiled her divorce papers. Still, the reality star is expected to do so in the near future and despite reports, she has no plans to get back together with Odom. In fact, Khloe Kardashian has been dating since their split in 2013 and was recently linked to her ex-boyfriend French Montana.

"Their prior settlement, which they signed off on last summer, was very clear-cut: The only asset they were splitting was the sale price of their Tarzana [Calif.] mansion," the family source explained to In Touch Weekly on April 28. "But now Lamar wants to get as much money as he can out of her because the majority of his own wealth is gone."

Following his split from Khloe Kardashian, the former NBA star was rumored to be using drugs and in October 2015, he suffered a drug overdose at a brothel in Las Vegas where he had spending time with a number of women at the facility.

"She plans to ask the judge to approve the same financial settlement she and Lamar previously signed off on," the family source continued.

In addition to his alleged refusal to sign off on a possible divorce agreement, Odom is said to be considering a request for spousal support, which would require Khloe Kardashian to pay him a set amount each month.

Odom "has strongly hinted he has no problem asking for spousal support now because it's not clear whether he'll be able to play in the NBA again after his health crisis," the source said.

After his overdose, Odom remained in a coma for days, and as he was unconscious, rumors swirled about his possible death. Luckily, however, Odom eventually woke up and after spending a few months in the hospital, he returned home in January.

Throughout his recovery, Khloe Kardashian remained at Odom's side, which makes this report even more shocking, and according to the source, Khloe Kardashian has been left "stunned beyond words."

"I wish I was, but not at the moment," Khloe Kardashian revealed during an interview with Extra TV at the end of last month. "Maybe soon. I'm not worried, Honey, but I'm just, like, busy."

Khloe Kardashian dated rapper French Montana on and off for about a year after her separation from Odom and weeks ago, the couple was spotted out together in Los Angeles. But at this point, it appears they are keeping things strictly friendly between them.
