‘The Vampire Diaries’: Who Is First On Bonnie’s Hit List? Caroline Targeted

The Vampire Diaries Season 7, Episode 21 is titled “Requiem For A Dream.” As fans saw on last Friday’s episode, Damon Salvatore’s plan to save Bonnie Bennett hit an unexpected snag. Yes, Bonnie is alive, but there is no guarantee that the other TVD characters will survive. The extended promo for the next episode of The Vampire Diaries reveals who is first on Bonnie’s hit list. Surprisingly, Caroline Forbes is at the top of the list.

Once Bonnie Bennett (Kat Graham) wakes up, she will be on a new mission. Instead of Rayna Cruz (Leslie-Ann Huff) going after the TVD characters, Bonnie will be the new vampire huntress.

Bonnie will not be able to rest until all of her fanged friends are dead. It will turn into an obsession with names and images etching into Bonnie’s mind, nearly driving her to madness. As fans of The Vampire Diaries saw with Rayna, this is not something that Bonnie will be able to control.

Damon Salvatore (Ian Somerhalder) being at the top of the list makes perfect sense. Nobody in the group became a vampire until the Salvatore brothers came to Mystic Falls. There is also Bonnie’s intense anger toward her best friend. Even though The Vampire Diaries Season 7, Episode 21 extended promo does show Bonnie attacking Damon, Kat Graham’s character is busy taunting someone else. That individual is one of her best friends, Caroline Forbes (Candice King).

In “Requiem For A Dream,” Bonnie Bennett is on a deadly mission. Her friends will try to run and hide from the new vampire huntress. However, is there a way to save Kat Graham’s character?

As previously reported by The Inquisitr, the Gemini twins might be the key to saving Bonnie Bennett. Caroline will do anything to save Bonnie, her other friends and, of course, herself. However, Alaric (Matt Davis) might not agree with the idea. Alaric wants to protect his children and wants to keep Caroline safe. However, would he really involve his twin daughters to save Caroline? Especially when he worked so hard to get his family away from Mystic Falls and was enjoying living a life free of supernatural drama?

According to Design & Trend, Bonnie Bennett tells Caroline Forbes on the phone that she is marked. The new vampire huntress discovers where Caroline has been hunting. King’s character not only becomes a target, but by one of her closest friends.

Even though everyone is in danger from Bonnie in The Vampire Diaries Season 7, Episode 21, the main characters appear to survive. This is known from the synopsis for “Gods & Monsters,” which is the season finale of TVD.

“Despite their best efforts to help Bonnie through the harrowing predicament she now faces, Damon, Enzo (Michael Malarkey) and Caroline realize their options are running out and drastic measures need to be taken,” Spoilers Guide teased about the season finale of TVD. “With their only chance of saving their friend lying inside the Armory, Stefan (Paul Wesley) breaks the news to Caroline that they may need help from an unlikely source – her and Alaric’s twin daughters. Elsewhere, Enzo keeps Bonnie preoccupied by bringing her back to their cabin but when his plan takes an unexpected turn, it’ll be up to Damon to make the ultimate sacrifice to save his closest friends.”

With the news that Kat Graham is leaving The Vampire Diaries, how will Bonnie’s storyline end? Will she die, be locked away inside the Armory or just disappear to focus on killing other vampires? Or can Alaric, Caroline, Stefan, Damon, and Enzo figure out a way to save Bonnie?
