Jax Taylor And Tom Schwartz On Lisa Vanderpump’s ‘RHOBH’ Drama: Is She Manipulative?
Jax Taylor may work for Lisa Vanderpump at SUR, but he doesn’t understand all of the negative comments that have been said about Lisa on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Instead, he has been watching the season like many of his Vanderpump Rules co-stars, and he is now coming to Lisa’s defense, saying that he doesn’t see her as manipulative at all. Tom Schwartz also shared his thoughts about the entire situation. As it turns out, many of her employees have spoken about this season’s drama on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and they don’t quite understand the situation.
According to a new Bravo report, Jax Taylor and Tom Schwartz sat down with the Daily Dish to share their thoughts about the drama on the show. As it turns out, they don’t see the same Vanderpump at work or on Vanderpump Rules.
“To me, it’s surprising because usually, the way I see Lisa is cool, calm, collected, the voice of reason. And to hear [her] in the trenches, it’s a surprise for me,” Tom Schwartz explains of the entire situation, adding that Vanderpump Rules and working at SUR is far different than The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

“It’s different in the world she lives in with the Housewives,” he told the Daily Dish, adding, “I don’t understand that world, the things they argue and fight about.”
As for Jax Taylor, he has experienced her wrath before when he made her angry. Jax has gotten himself suspended before, and he knows not to mess with the boss. But there’s also a huge difference between someone who has employed you and then the relationship with a reality co-star. Jax Taylor may be used to seeing Lisa in a bossy role and may not know when he is being manipulated by Lisa.
“I don’t know anything about manipulative people at all,” Jax joked before saying, “Like I said, I don’t really watch [RHOBH] that much, so I’m kind of clueless on it, but I don’t really see that happening.”
Taylor admits that Lisa does have a special gift when it comes to words. Vanderpump has a way of saying things to make her case. As it turns out, Lisa is very gifted with the way she can say and do things to make Taylor do what she wants. And as Jax Taylor explains to the Daily Dish, he doesn’t even want to get started explaining her ways.
“I’ve never really seen her be manipulative, but I will say she has a way with words. She can win you over very easily with her words,” he explains, adding, “[She’s] very convincing. She’s persuasive. And incredibly charming. Don’t get me started on Lisa.”

Of course, Jax Taylor has stayed out of the drama. He isn’t involved with The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and he may continue to stay out of it because he doesn’t want to get involved with his boss’ personal life. But Vanderpump’s co-stars Lisa Rinna and Eileen Davidson have been very vocal about Lisa’s supposed manipulation of everyone.
“She knew very well that everything she was saying would be on television. I remember thinking then that either she thinks I’m stupid, the audience is stupid, or both. That’s when I knew it was game on. She was trying to play me, like she tries to play everyone,” Eileen Davidson has written on her blog for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, according to Bravo.
The third installment of the reunion special airs this Tuesday on Bravo and fans can expect to see the accusations fly. It will definitely be interesting to see Vanderpump defend herself against her co-stars, who strongly believe that she’s up to no good. As for Jax Taylor and Tom Schwartz, they don’t see a manipulative woman.
