Kris Jenner Shopping Her Own Sex Tape? Kardashian’s Momager Reportedly Strapped For Cash

Kim Kardashian isn’t the only member of her family with a sex tape floating around. While Kim gained notoriety after her sex tape surfaced in 2007, her mom, Kris Jenner, is apparently trying to sell her own sex film. Is this a desperate act by Jenner, who is reportedly strapped for cash?

According to OK! Magazine, Jenner made a sex tape with her former husband, Robert Kardashian. Apparently, the matriarch is now trying to sell the tape for a hefty sum overseas. The sex tape news was first revealed by Ian Halperin, who also wrote a book about the Kardashians, titled The Kardashian Dynasty.

Halperin first heard about the second video from Jackie Collins. Collins was a friend of Jenner’s who unfortunately passed away last year.

“Jackie was infatuated with the Kardashians’ success and said if it was not for Kim’s sex tape they wouldn’t have got a TV show,” Halperin explained. “She claimed the Kardashian family were no strangers to sex tapes and said Robert Kardashian, whose hobby was photography, used to film some of his dalliances and extra-marital affairs on video cameras.”

As fans will recall, Kim rose to fame after her sex tape with Ray J surfaced. Vivid Entertainment bought the adult film, though the movie gained wide popularity through Jenner’s influence.

“It was Kris who engineered the deal behind the scenes and was responsible for the tape seeing the light of day,” Halperin stated.

By the looks of things, Kris Jenner is trying to repeat the success of Kim’s sex tape by selling her own. Even more, the fact that Jenner is willing to sell something this private may be an indication that the family is hurting financially.

According to the Hollywood Gossip, the entire Kardashian family is close to a financial meltdown. With the family strapped for cash, they need all the help they can get to turn things around.

“The family needs a miracle to save them from hemorrhaging their dwindling cash,” an inside source explained.

How did the Kardashians go from ultra-rich to financial ruin? Apparently, there are multiple reasons why the Kardashians are on the verge of major trouble. This includes low ratings for their show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians, terrible spending habits, massive lawsuits, and boy trouble.

The family has some $200 million in lawsuits against them that are currently in the works. While they expected Kanye West to help them out in the financial department, the rapper is some $53 million in debt.

“They all got pretty complacent about money when Kanye came on the scene, but turns out he’s worse with money than they are,” an insider explained to OK! Magazine. “[Kim] blows over $300k a month on shopping alone – and that’s just not sustainable. Kris is tearing her hair out with worry — there’s way too much going out and not enough coming in.”

If these reports are true, then they could explain why Jenner is currently shopping her sex tape overseas. Even if Jenner sells the tape for a hefty sum, it will likely only put a dent in their current debt, especially if they lose out in the courtroom.

The largest case pending against them includes a $180 million suit centered on the Kardashian’s failed makeup products. Investors are suing the family over “deceit” and “fraud,” though a settlement has not been reached.

“This lawsuit couldn’t have come at a worse time,” the source concluded.

Whether or not the Kardashians can climb out of their debt is yet to be seen. Perhaps Jenner’s sex tape is the answer they desperately need, though only time will tell.
