‘The Vampire Diaries’ Season 7, Episode 20: New Sneak Peek For ‘Kill ‘Em All’

The Vampire Diaries Season 7, Episode 20 airs tonight on The CW network. What can fans expect in the episode titled “Kill ‘Em All?” Based on a new sneak peek, the reason why Damon Salvatore is working so hard to save Bonnie, even though she hates him, is revealed. The video clip also shows who forces Stefan and Matt to work together.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, the synopsis for The Vampire Diaries Season 7, Episode 20 reveals that there will be some odd pairings. Friday’s TVD episode will have the characters continuing to try to save Bonnie. However, will they be successful or will Bonnie die? Remember, last week’s episode of The Vampire Diaries revealed she only had one week left to live.

“With Bonnie’s (Kat Graham) life at stake and an uphill battle ahead of them, Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Enzo (Michael Malarkey) lead the charge to save Bonnie before her condition worsens. Stefan (Paul Wesley) reluctantly teams up with Matt (Zach Roerig) for the sake of Bonnie and uncovers the truth behind Matt’s anger towards him,” Vampire Diaries Online revealed about the “Kill ‘Em All” press release.

“Elsewhere, determined to help her best friend, Caroline (Candice King) joins Alaric (Matt Davis) on a mission and quickly realizes how much she’s missed her former supernatural lifestyle. Finally, after their plan takes an unexpected turn, Damon makes a fateful decision that will forever change his relationship with Bonnie.”

The extended promo was released after the conclusion of Episode 19, and it can be viewed below. Even though The Vampire Diaries promo for Season 7, Episode 20 showed a lot of action, there were not many details on specific storylines in “Kill ‘Em All.”

Finally, a new video clip for the April 29 episode of The Vampire Diaries has been released. Spoilers Guide and Access Hollywood both posted the video featuring Stefan Salvatore.

“In this exclusive sneak peek at Friday’s episode of The Vampire Diaries, Salvatore brothers Damon and Stefan discuss taking out all the vamps on Rayna’s hit list,” Access Hollywood teased about the next episode of The Vampire Diaries. “How will Stefan react when he finds out Damon sent Matt to help his brother?”

In The Vampire Diaries sneak peek for tonight’s episode, Damon and Stefan talk on the phone about Rayna’s hit list. In the background, there is a fire and what appears to be at least one body burning. It is revealed that Damon set up the plan for Stefan and Matt to work together, something the younger Salvatore is not thrilled about.

Also, Stefan makes a comment about why Damon is working so hard to save Bonnie. Somerhalder’s character replies that he can handle Bonnie hating him, as long as she is alive.

Damon Salvatore’s statement really shows how far his character has come since The Vampire Diaries began. When he was first introduced to viewers, Damon was hated and almost considered a villain. The elder Salvatore brother is still selfish and somewhat clueless about how to deal with people. However, if Bonnie’s life were in jeopardy a few years ago, Damon wouldn’t have really cared. Now, Damon not only cares, but will risk everything to keep Bonnie alive on The Vampire Diaries.

This doesn’t just have to do with Ian Somerhalder’s character evolving, though. Damon and Bonnie’s time together after The Other Side collapsed definitely created a new bond between characters in The Vampire Diaries. In fact, Bonnie became Damon’s best friend.

Damon doesn’t feel for others easily, so losing someone can be particularly devastating for the character. He already lost Elena, played by former TVD cast member Nina Dobrev. If Damon can’t save Bonnie and she dies, what does that mean for Somerhalder’s character in Season 8 of The Vampire Diaries?

What do you think is going to happen in Season 7, Episode 20? What will happen between Stefan and Matt after the truth is revealed? Can Damon save Bonnie, or will the TVD character die? Find out tonight when a new episode of The Vampire Diaries airs on The CW network.
