Justin Bieber Singing To A Little Girl Onstage At His Purpose Tour Show Is A Must-Watch

Justin Bieber is great with kids, as countless encounters have revealed. And, at his Purpose World Tour show last night, one little girl got a chance to experience that when the Canadian superstar brought her out of the pit for an onstage sing-a-long.

The adorable moment went down at the Biebs’ show at Cleveland, Ohio’s, Quicken Loans Arena on Tuesday night.

During his rendition of the title song from his acclaimed Purpose album, the heartthrob spotted the 5-year-old in the pit area and lifted her onstage, before singing to the child while she sat on his lap.

Naturally, the over 20,000-strong audience loved the interlude. Video footage shows the crowd screaming and whooping it up as they watched.

While singing “Purpose” to the child, the Biebs reassured the little girl by sweetly stroking her hair.

At one point, the 22-year-old asked, ” Do you want down — do you want down?” before handing the child back to her parents. Incidentally, the family received a surprise upgrade at the show and ended up in the pit.

The parents of the girl (who is named Riley) later tweeted thanks to Justin posted a YouTube video of their daughter’s Purpose Tour highlight, and revealed they have sent the clip to Ellen DeGeneres.

Bieber’s onstage surprise with the little girl last night is just one of a number of similar moments the “Sorry” singer has had with children during his 114-date Purpose World Tour, which kicked off in Seattle, Washington, on March 9.

During his Monday show in Detroit, the superstar playfully swung a little girl around onstage after she told him her last name was Bieber.

The interaction took place during a regular Purpose Tour feature. At each tour stop, four children danced onstage with the singer during “Children,” the Skrillex-produced rave-up on Purpose.

Back in Cleveland last night, Justin also delighted fans towards the end of his concert when he put on a custom-made No. 6 Cavaliers jersey with his name on the back before predicting that the Cavs will win the NBA title.

The Biebs told the crowd, “I think LeBron is going to do it this year.”

As previously reported, the Biebs’ Cleveland concert was thrown into jeopardy because Game 5 of the Cavs’ first-round series against the Detroit Pistons was also set for Tuesday night. However, the Cavs ended up sweeping the Pistons, thus the Purpose show went ahead.

Meanwhile, Bieber is scheduled to bring his Purpose Tour show to the Schottenstein Center in Columbus, Ohio, on Thursday.

The superstar has also just been confirmed as a performer at the upcoming Billboard Music Awards on May 22.

Billboard rolled out the news in a scavenger-hunt tweets on Wednesday, before the final reveal. The Biebs will sing a medley of new single “Company” and “Sorry” at the awards ceremony.
