‘Dance Moms’ Season 6 Spoilers: Abby Lee Miller Asks Maddie Ziegler To ‘Pass The Torch’ To Brynn Rumfallo, Brings Back ALDC Minis

Dance Moms season 6 returns with an all-new episode this Tuesday, April 26, with “Mini Madness.” The official synopsis and latest spoilers revealed that there will be a whole lot of drama between Abby Lee Miller and the moms in episode 17, as she asks Maddie Ziegler to “pass the torch” to newcomer Brynn Rumfallo.

Even before Maddie Ziegler announced that she will be leaving the Abby Lee Miller Dance Company (ALDC) to pursue other opportunities, the 49-year-old coach had already been on the look out for her replacement. While some believed that Kendall Vertes, also known as Kendall K, should be the one to take her place, it seems like Miller has her eyes set on newcomer Brynn Rumfallo.

In the coming episode of Dance Moms season 6, Miller will give Rumfallo a “dance inspired by Maddie’s old routine,” which she will be performing directly against Ziegler. This clearly did not sit well with the moms, as they all believed that no one will be able to replace ALDC’s number 1 student.

Jessalyn Siwa, JoJo’s mom, has been very vocal about her feelings towards Brynn and her mom Ashlee Allen.

“She dressed like JoJo last week. She’s having her dance like Maddie this week. You can’t make something out of nothing.”

With only an episode left until Maddie Ziegler, along with Mackenzie and Melissa, leave Dance Moms season 6, it only makes sense that Abby Lee Miller is doing her best to find her “replacement.”

“It’s time to pass this torch along,” Miller told Ziegler, while Rumfallo listens from the background.

Ashlee Allen believes that her daughter has the potential to “go on and be better than Maddie.” This is not the first time that the newcomer insisted that Brynn is better than the rest of the ALDC members.

“You’re just jealous that Brynn is having a better season than Kendall. It’s all over social media,” she told Jill Vertes in one of the episodes.

Thankfully, even before things get worse, Holly Frazier, Nia’s mom, decided to talk some sense into her Dance Moms co-stars.

“There has to be a clear defining line that we’re not going to cross when it comes to the kids. As mothers, we just have to do a better job cause we’re doing our girls a disservice. That is not good for our team.”

The rest of the moms believed that Ashlee will do anything for Abby, if it meant that Brynn will eventually become the “next Maddie.” They held that it was a bad idea to go on an international tour with the coach during the season break of Dance Moms especially since she is currently being investigated for bankruptcy fraud.

“Have you lost your mind? You’re going to travel internationally with someone who has been federally indicted? Why would you do that?” Frazier asked.

Ashlee explained that the tour will definitely be a great opportunity for Brynn. The reality star is clearly upset that none of the moms appeared the tiniest bit supportive of her decision.

“We all know that if Abby said, ‘Jill, I will make Kendall the next Maddie,’ Jill will be like, ‘Where is the dog collar? I’m going to wear it and walk on all fours if you will make Kendall the next star of your team.'”

Meanwhile, Abby Lee Miller also decided to bring the ALDC mini dancers back. In the promo for Dance Moms Season 6, Episode 17, she explained that she has to “think about her future” now that the Zieglers are out of the picture. It seems like while the rest of the Dance Moms cast are still upset about another member leaving the team, Miller, on the other hand, is more than ready to move on with a new set of dancers.

“They’ll never be us,” Vertes said.
