Kris Humphries And Kim Kardashian Go In Front Of Judge Today, Trial Could Follow

The lawyers for Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries meet in court today to discuss the possibility of finalizing a divorce or heading to trial.

The court appearance is supposed to be the point at which lawyers for both sides explain what they have done to prepare for trial; however, snoops say Humpries’ team have done very little in terms of preparation and have not yet deposed Kim Kardashian.

The couple are believed to have an iron-clad prenup that gives Kris nothing for the 72-day marriage which ended with all the hype of a Kardashian season finale and the ensuing disappointment that typically follows a lackluster season performance.

While Kris has not been willing to settle the divorce, he also has done nothing to prepare for trial despite warnings from the judge overseeing the case that Kris’ lawyer must depose Kim Kardashian by today’s trial.

TMZ reports that Kris’ lawyers are attempting to put reality TV on trial, but it is still unclear how they hope to do that. Humphries can’t exactly claim damages since he earned hundreds of thousands of dollars while working on Keeping Up With The Kardashians and millions more for his part in the wedding. Following the divorce, Humphries also signed a $24 million basketball contract.

Regardless of his law teams preparations, the judge is expected to assign a trial or ask both sides to settle their differences and move on.

Do you think the Kim Kardashian and Kris Humpries divorce trial has dragged on too long.
