Happy Birthday, Halle Berry! Actress Turns 46 On Tuesday

It looks like Mila Kunis is not the only actress who has a birthday on Tuesday, as Halle Berry turned 46 on August 14. Still looking like she’s in her 20s, the Catwoman actress and her fiance, actor Olivier Martinez, celebrated the actress’s birthday with her four-year-old daughter Nahla on Tuesday.

Berry, who is in the middle of a bitter custody battle with ex Gabriel Aubry over Nahla, has not had the easiest year, reports E! Online. The actress also suffered a concussion while working on The Hive set. She was rushed to the hospital, but later released to return to work. VH1 writes of the gorgeous actress that:

“She found her niche in the action movie scene and took on the role as James Bond’s feisty sidekick Jinx in Die Another Day. She really turned heads as soon as she stepped out in that amazing orange bikini! From there on out Berry was everywhere, including on the Oscars stage, accepting the Best Actress award for her roll in Monster’s Ball. “

TMZ reports that the actress hasn’t had the quietest birthday either, as Halle Berry was eating dinner with Martinez and daughter Nahla at Taverna Tony when an older woman collapsed on their table and couldn’t get up.

Sources inside the restaurant have said that the old woman was walking past the actress’s table when she slipped, hitting her elbow on the way down. The woman couldn’t move afterward, prompting someone to call an ambulance.

Perez Hilton writes of the incident that:

“However, we imagine all of the commotion must have been upsetting for a little girl like Nahla, as Halle and Olivier quickly left the restaurant out of a side exit right after everything went down!”

Here’s hoping that the older woman who collapsed at Taverna Tony makes a full recovery, and that Halle Berry has an uneventful rest of her birthday.
