The star has shared during numerous interviews that she works out vigorously and consistently throughout each week and makes sure to complement her workouts with appropriate food selections, However, the actress, who has recently been named People magazine’s “Most Beautiful Woman 2016,” notes that she does still give into her cravings on her cheat days and often fantasizes about those cheat-day foods when she is kicking it into high gear at the gym.

Jen was sure to share with the publication that it takes a lot of work to be as fit as she is and just like anyone, a bit of motivation goes a long way when the grueling workout isn’t something that you truly feel up for on a given day. Aniston went into detail about how mouth-watering food fantasies keep her going during her daily fitness routines.
“Of course I (get bored). It’s when I take breaks and then I get back into it, that’s when it’s hard. But once I’m back into it, I love it and I crave it.
“Just bite the bullet and do it. Think of a wonderful pasta or Mexican meal that you want to have on the weekend and dangle that in front of you like a little carrot.”
As for what Jen spends her time doing during these workouts, three days a week involve her attending spin and yoga classes back-to-back. On the off three days, Jen focuses on weight training and exercises at her gorgeous Bel Air estate. On the remaining day of the week, Aniston enjoys a bit of a rest and a cheat day. Jen is almost always sure to add a bit of cardio into every workout, even when on a day that strength training is her focus.
“I usually do a trifecta. Fifteen minutes on the bike, 15 on the treadmill running and then 15 on the elliptical. You have to shake it up.”

As the Toronto Sun shares, recent reports suggested that Aniston works out multiple times daily. However, Jen shot down these claims, sharing her actual time spent at the gym is much less.
“Oh, that’s not true. Oh my God, no way! About an hour a day. And I usually take Sundays off.”
When Jen discovered that she was honored with the title as the most beautiful woman of 2016, the Cake star replied in her typically humble manner, but admitted that she was fully flattered by the recognition. People shares Jen’s words about her initial reaction to hearing the news.
“I thought, ‘Oh my God.’ There was this sort of very excited, teenage-y kind of moment.”
The star then noted how she has really begun to embrace herself and her body, while ensuring to keep it as healthy as possible, noting how the different decades cause shifts in perception.
“It’s funny, it’s a really quick transition from not a care and now all of a sudden, we’ve got to really be mindful of what we put inside our bodies. And how we sleep and take care of ourselves. You can get away with a lot in your 20s.”
It was when she was turned down for a role because she was “too chubby” that Aniston began making healthier choices that would benefit her body and her life in general.
“I was like, ‘What?!’ But my diet was terrible. Milk shakes and French fries with gravy [laughs]. It was a good thing to start paying attention.”
Jennifer Aniston clearly has not stopped “paying attention” because at 47 she looks incredible and is deserving of the honor given to her by People.
