Tiffany Hendra Comes To Her Friend’s Defense: LeeAnne Would Have Found Hat Hilarious

Tiffany Hendra spent the first episode of The Real Housewives of Dallas defending her friend, LeeAnne Locken, and it sounds like this defending continues this week. It’s no secret that LeeAnne was a bit hurt by everything that went down with Brandi Redmond’s mimicking of her on the show. Even though she hadn’t seen it herself, she had heard about it from the other ladies and she was curious about what it looked like. Even though Tiffany may think that her friend would find it funny, it did sound like Locken was skeptical.

According to a new Bravo report, Tiffany Hendra is now explaining that the drama from the first episode may have carried over to the party, where the ladies were wearing their outrageous hats. In her blog, Tiffany explains that people go all out with these hats and she has seen a woman carry in a goldfish on her head, one person had a parrot and one person came with the entire map of Paris. And given how people go all out, Tiffany Hendra gives credit to Brandi Redmond for coming up with a clever concept.

“So, for Brandi to actually come up with the hilarious and creative concept of ‘Paris Gardens’ where supposedly people do not pick up after their dogs — well, HYSTERICAL! Plus, she made it herself with a glue gun. I thought it was for shock effect and she achieved it. She had everyone whispering and gossiping about it. Honestly, if LeeAnne and Brandi weren’t at odds from what happened at Marie’s then I doubt this would have been such a big deal. LeeAnne has such a fun, offbeat sense of humor and she would have thought it was ridiculously funny,” Hendra explains, sharing that the drama from the first episode may have carried over.

LeeAnne Locken doesn’t look like she would be the kind of person who would be hurt when people mimic her. In fact, she looks like someone who can take a joke, and Tiffany Hendra admits that her friend does have a great sense of humor. But it sounds like she wasn’t too happy with Brandi and the way she didn’t want to admit to making fun of her.

Even though Locken was mimicked by her co-star during the first episode of The Real Housewives of Dallas, Tiffany Hendra admits that she also likes to poke fun at her friend. In fact, she admits that she was indeed one of the people who helped Cary Deuber place the fake poop on Locken’s chair during the Real Housewives of Dallas episode. Tiffany Hendra knows that her friend can take a joke, but maybe she felt a bit insecure after she learned that her co-stars had mimicked her — and possibly mocked her.

“I have to confess. I was a co-conspirator with Cary and the fake poop on LeeAnne’s chair. I saw her put it there and I could have moved it, but I thought it was funny! This event is all about whimsical, in your face, over the top fun- so lighten up ladies. At the end of the day, money was raised, everyone had fun, the hats were amazing so does it really matter?” Tiffany Hendra points out, adding that the ladies are indeed crazy, sharing, “This topic gets me a bit worked up and sometimes I wonder if Dallas is really for us.”

Of course, all of the ladies have teased that The Real Housewives of Dallas could be one of the most dramatic series in the franchise and it will be interesting to see how this develops over time.
