Bette Midler Throws Serious Shade At The Kardashian Family Tree

Bette Midler is taking aim at the Kardashians once again, and this time she’s joking about their increasingly complicated family tree.

Bette revealed that she’s actually having a little trouble keeping up with the Kardashians in a new tweet, where the screen legend jokingly asked fans to “send her a chart” of the Kardashian/Jenner family’s connections following Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian’s recent engagement.

“Rob Kardashian’s engaged to the MOTHER of the child of Kylie Jenner’s boyfriend? They’ll share a stepchild?” Midler wrote on her official Twitter page on April 14, jokingly pleading, “Somebody send me a chart!”

Of course, fans were happy to oblige to Midler’s request, with a number even sending Bette homemade family trees detailing the relationships between the Kardashian, Jenner and the Chyna family.

Twitter user @IzzoKendall opted to send Bette a detailed diagram of how Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Kris Jenner, Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner and Caitlyn Jenner all fit together, titling the image “The f***** up Jenner/Kardashian family tree.”

Midler’s confusion comes after Blac Chyna, who has a son with rapper Tyga, announced that she was engaged to Rob Kardashian earlier this month. While that seems simple enough, things get pretty complicated when Rob’s half-sister, Kylie Jenner’s, relationship with Tyga is factored in.

Jenner and Tyga have actually been dating for some time, meaning that should they ever choose to marry, both she and her brother Rob will have the same stepson.

Also adding to the Kardashian complications? Model Amber Rose, who used to date Kim Kardashian’s current husband Kanye West, is also close friends with Blac Chyna and is rumored to be Chyna’s maid of honor at the upcoming wedding according to Refinery29.

But while Bette Midler may be struggling to get to grips with the Kardashian and Jenner family tree, this certainly isn’t the first time Midler has tangled with the Kardashian clan.

Earlier this year, Bette Midler got into a public spat with Kim Kardashian on the social media site after she blasted the reality star for taking it all off for a naked selfie.

Last month, Midler took serious aim at Kardashian in a pretty scathing tweet, where she wrote “Kim Kardashian tweeted a nude selfie today. If Kim wants us to see a part of her we’ve never seen, she’s gonna have to swallow the camera.”

Kardashian didn’t react too well to Bette’s message, hitting back at the actress and singer with a message of her own.

“Hey [Bette Midler] I know it’s past your bedtime but if you’re still up and reading this send nudes #justkidding,” Kim tweeted back, before claiming that Bette once attempted to “fake friend” her.

“Hey [Bette Midler] I really didn’t want to bring up how you sent me a gift awhile back trying to be a fake friend then come at me,” Kardashian wrote in a separate tweet, alongside the hashtag “#dejavu,” causing Bette then hit back once again on the social media site.

“I never tried to fake friend you,” Midler tweeted back to Kim. “Looks like anyone can take a selfie but not everyone can take a joke…”

Following the very public back and forth with Kardashian last month, Midler then took to Twitter again to joke about Kim’s “enormous back-end” after she failed to acknowledge a separate message in which Bette asked Kardashian to donate to her charity.

“I wanted [Kim Kardashian] to donate to #StagesForSuccess; she’s a brilliant businesswoman,” Bette told her close to 1 million Twitter followers. “I know this because her ‘back-end’ is enormous!”
