Gwen Stefani And Gavin Rossdale Divorce Settlement Finally Reached — Is Blake Shelton Ready To Marry Gwen Now?

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale have finally reached an agreement for their divorce settlement and filed paperwork with the court on April 11 according to Radar Online. Gwen and Gavin’s divorce will be finalized after a judge signs off on the paperwork leaving Stefani free to wed her new boyfriend, Blake Shelton. Is the country singer ready to put a ring on Gwen Stefani’s finger?

Gwen split from her rocker husband last year after rumors began circulating that he was cheating on her with their nanny Mindy Mann. Gwen and Gavin were married for 13 years before Stefani filed for divorce in August 2015. They have three sons together, Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo.

Since splitting with Gavin Rossdale, Gwen Stefani started dating her fellow coach on The Voice, Blake Shelton. The pair were very flirty together on the reality singing competition even before Stefani announced the end of her marriage. Once the divorce was filed. it was not long after that Gwen and Blake went public with their love. Ever since, the two have been very lovey-dovey in public, proving that Gwen Stefani’s new man is much more than a rebound.

Blake Shelton wants to marry Gwen and is ready to propose according to a recent report in Us Weekly. “Blake could propose to Gwen very soon,” a source told Us Weekly. “Gwen is everything he wants.” Likewise, the “Used To Love You” singer seems pretty happy with her new man too.

With reports that Blake and Gwen wanting to get married soon coming out right at the same time that fans learned of her divorce settlement agreement with Gavin Rossdale, many have questioned the timing. Is Gwen working to end her marriage to Gavin faster in order to hurry up and marry Blake? Or maybe Blake is getting ready to propose to Gwen as they celebrate the end of her marriage to Gavin?

In a recent interview with Good Morning America, Stefani opened up about ending her marriage to Gavin Rossdale. “It’s super hard to have your family break up,” Gwen said. “I have gone through a lot, but I feel like you have to be grateful for that. Because if I didn’t do that, then I wouldn’t have this. And so you have to be grateful for all of it.”

It sounds like Gwen has come to terms with the awful cheating scandal that Rossdale and his mistress Mindy Mann put her through. The former nanny cheated with Stefani’s husband for about a year before she caught them sending flirty messages on the childrens’ tablet. Mindy has since said that she feels awful about the affair with Gavin and for falling in love with her former employer’s husband.

However, like Gwen Stefani said, if Gavin hadn’t stepped out with the nanny, then Gwen and Blake never would have become a couple. In the five short months that Gwen and Blake have been officially dating, she definitely seems happier than she ever was with the Bush frontman.

Now that Stefani has finally reached an agreement with Gavin Rossdale as far as their divorce settlement goes, she can get the end of their marriage finalized officially and move on with Blake Shelton. It’s only a matter of time before a judge signs off on Gwen and Gavin’s divorce, officially making her a free woman. Probably not for long, though, at least if the Blake Shelton engagement rumors have any truth to them. It’s more likely that Stefani will celebrate her new freedom by quickly tying the knot with Blake.
