Blake Shelton Ready To Propose And Start A Family With Gwen Stefani

Blake Shelton is allegedly ready to propose to girlfriend Gwen Stefani after their five-month whirlwind romance.

According to a new report by Us Weekly, things are supposedly so serious between The Voice couple that Shelton is preparing to pop the question to Gwen and start a family with the singer, and he could be doing both sooner rather than later.

“Blake could propose to Gwen very soon,” a source close to Blake revealed to Us Weekly of the country superstar’s big wedding plans, who also alleged that Shelton is looking forward to becoming a dad to Stefani’s three children with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale: Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo.

“With Gwen, Blake has the family life he’d hoped to have with Miranda [Lambert], her kids love him as much as she does,” Us Weekly‘s source said, noting that “Gwen is everything Shelton wants.”

The site’s insider even claimed that Shelton and Stefani are looking to extend their brood and will more than likely try to have a baby together in the near future.

“Blake wants kids of his own and Gwen is willing to try” the insider claimed, revealing that the loved-up couple are in constant contact even when they’re miles apart.

“Gwen texts Blake a million times a day, but he doesn’t mind,” Us Weekly‘s inside source told the site, “Blake hasn’t been this happy in years.”

New reports that Stefani and Shelton are looking to start a family comes just days after In Touch Weekly previously claimed that Gwen was allegedly looking to freeze her eggs in order to ensure that she and Blake can try for children in the not too distant future.

“Gwen is freezing her eggs because she wants to have a baby with Blake,” a source supposedly told the site last month, “Gwen knows her boys would love to have another sibling and wants to give Blake this opportunity to have a child that’s biologically his. But she doesn’t want her age to prevent this from happening,” the insider claimed.

But while Shelton and Stefani are so far staying mum on the engagement and baby rumors, Gwen recently opened-up about her relationship with Blake in a new interview with Vanity Fair, where she admitted that she’s “for sure” in love with the “God Gave Me You” singer after they shocked the world by going public with their surprising romance in November.

“Yeah, for sure,” Gwen told the magazine when asked if she’s “in love now,” but declined to go into any further details about her and Blake’s whirlwind romance. “I don’t really want to go into that relationship, and God knows what’s going to happen,” Stefani said at the time.

But while Gwen Stefani may have played coy about Blake Shelton to Vanity Fair, she was a little more open about love when talking about her past and present relationships with the New York Times in March.

Stefani got candid about her split with Gavin Rossdale and her newfound romance with Blake Shelton with the publication, where she admitted that she and Blake bonded because he “had been going through literally the exact same thing in literally the exact same time frame” as her, referencing Shelton’s divorce from Miranda Lambert last year.

“Never in my wildest, craziest dreams would I ever have seen this coming,” Stefani continued of her shocking split from Gavin and her even more shocking connection with Shelton, “I’m still in shock. But it’s an awesome time.”
