Katy Perry And Taylor Swift Having Bad Blood Showdown At Coachella?

It appears that Katy Perry’s feud with Taylor Swift is still happening. Now people are wondering if the pop stars will feud at the upcoming Coachella music festival.

It’s no surprise that many celebrities flock to the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival every year. Most are there to get their picture taken while others actually enjoy the artists and bands who perform. Some online outlets have rumored that Katy Perry and her arch nemesis Taylor Swift may have an “awkward run-in” at the event that could eventually lead to a “Bad Blood” showdown.

According to Hollywood Life, Swift and Perry are considering attending the music festival. Earlier this year, Swift’s boyfriend DJ Calvin Harris was announced to be headlining one of the sets. Since last year, the apparent feud between the “Dark Horse” singer and the songwriter behind “Bad Blood” have since died down, but nothing has been resolved.

An insider told the celebrity gossip site that both of the singers will attend the event with their boyfriends. Perry will be there with Lord of the Rings star Orlando Bloom.

“Katy and Orlando want to go to Coachella and see Guns N’ Roses and that is looking to be their next big outing and date.”

But an awkward run-in with Taylor may not happen after all, says the source.

“Since the GNR is another day from Harris there is no chance of a weird Swift encounter. So it is a win-win situation.”

Guns ‘N Roses are expected to take the stage on April 16 and 23, while Harris will perform on April 17 and 24. However, it’s still unclear which days Swift and Perry will be attending the event, or if they’re attending all three days. If they do attend all three days, then there is a chance for a potential run-in.

Katy has reportedly moved on from their feud. She revealed to The New York Times that she invited Taylor to her pre-Grammys party. But Taylor didn’t attend because the event supported something else she goes against: Spotify. These days, Taylor’s an Apple girl.

Taylor Swift has a lot of girls in her squad. It’s made many fans wonder what happened between her and her fellow pop star. Swift hinted to Rolling Stone in 2014 that her diss track was about Perry.

“I was like, ‘Oh we’re just straight-up enemies.’ And it wasn’t even about a guy! It had to do with business. She basically tried to sabotage an entire arena tour. She tried to hire a bunch of people out from under me. And I’m surprisingly non-confrontational – you would not believe how much I hate conflict. So now I have to avoid her. It’s awkward, and I don’t like it.”

The day after the infamous interview hit the internet, Katy sent out the following cryptic tweet to her near 85 million followers.

Fans put the clues together when they noticed that Swift unfollowed three of her backup dancers on social media after they were approached by Perry for her California Dreams Tour.

The prismatic pop star has kept mum on their feud but got involved in Taylor’s Twitter beef with Nicki Minaj. She stepped into their feud to side with the rapper.

That hasn’t stopped most from thinking that their feud was over John Mayer. Swift dated the musician in 2010 and penned the scathing song “Dear John” about him, while Perry and Mayer dated on-and-off since 2012. It also seemed like Perry and Swift were good friends up until the time Perry started dating him.
