‘Vanderpump Rules’ News: Tom Schwartz, Katie Maloney Share Wedding Details

Fans of Vanderpump Rules can’t wait for the wedding of Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney. It took Tom a long time to actually propose, and now the two are slowly planning their wedding. This season on Vanderpump Rules, viewers got to see Tom get down on one knee and totally surprise Katie by popping the question. She has wanted this for a while now and had no idea that was what was going on that day. E! Online shared the details that Tom and Katie are sharing about their big day. They are actually making some big progress on planning the wedding, and it sounds like it will be here before you know it.

Tom and Katie haven’t shared a wedding date yet, but they do have some of the details figured out. Katie actually shared some of what they have done already.

“I got a wedding dress. Maybe it’s a little bit of a horse before the carriage situation. We’ve narrowed down some locations and we have a ballpark of when it’s going to happen. It’s going to be late [summer], like early fall time.”

However, Katie Maloney didn’t share if she meant this summer or maybe in a few years. Tom and Katie’s entire relationship has been slow so it would not be shocking if she meant next summer. This will not be a traditional wedding, though. Katie revealed that it will be done in a way that will tailor to their personalities. Don’t expect for it to be a normal and boring wedding for Tom and Katie. They also don’t have plans to invite some of the people that they work with at SUR.

Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz shared that when it comes to their wedding, there is a good chance that viewers will get to see it all go down. They are not against the idea of showing their fans their big day. Scheana Marie and Mike Shay’s wedding was shown on Vanderpump Rules and it is possible that Katie and Tom’s wedding will end up airing as well. They want the fans to not feel left out, and this is a great way to share it all.

In Touch Weekly shared who Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz likely won’t invite to their big day. James Kennedy and Lala Kent are not expected to make the cut.

Tom said, “James is too loud and a liability — I think even he would acknowledge that!”

Katie Maloney realizes that Kristen Doute is going to show up if they invite her or not, so they might as well just give her an invitation. Things are going great for Katie and Stassi Schroeder, so she will be there for sure. Lisa Vanderpump will also be at the event and has even offered to officiate their wedding if they want her to do it.

The Inquisitr already shared a clip where Katie Maloney went wedding dress shopping along with some of her friends. She took Stassi Schroeder, Kristen Doute, and Scheana Shay, as well Katie’s friend and stand-up comic Rachael O’Brien, with her to pick out the dress for the big day. It was very obvious that Katie loved lace and didn’t want a traditional dress. She tried on several that she really liked but didn’t reveal if she bought one of them.
