Say “I Do” At Denny’s 24 Hour Breakfast Restaurant

Does Las Vegas really need a new place for couples who have had too much to drink to say “I Do”? Well breakfast chain Denny’s believes that it does. The chain that brought you the Grand Slam Breakfast and the bacon milkshake is now proud to offer wedding services at its newest downtown Las Vegas location according to the Las Vegas Sun.

The Denny’s location, the third they are opening in Vegas, is going to feature a wedding chapel in the middle of the store and offer newly married couple the chance to have their wedding cake constructed out of pancakes. The Denny’s plans on opening in the brand new Neonpolis area of downtown Vegas where they leased a location with 6,400 square feet.

Denny’s Chief Marketing Officer, Frances Allen, told the Sun,

“It’s unique. It’s different. It’s going to be an icon within Vegas. People are going to want to travel to see this Denny’s. The wedding scene is such a part of Vegas, and who doesn’t want a wedding cake made out of pancakes?”

The Wedding business has been a rock in the Las Vegas economy. When people think of Vegas they think of casinos, strip clubs and 24 hour wedding chapels. Last month two friends opened the Las Vegas Wedding Wagon. A service that will bring the wedding to you. You call the Wedding Wagon, give them your location and they pull up curbside and officiate your wedding. There are also wedding chapels that are famously officiated by Elvis impersonators, themed chapels and now a Denny’s chapel. All of these services notoriously cot $99 dollars. Unless you order the personalized wedding mugs!
