Stanley Tucci Marries Emily Blunt’s Sister Felicity Blunt

Stanley Tucci has finally got his happy ending. After losing his wife Kate in 2009 to cancer, Stanley has married his fiance Felicity Blunt.

Felicity Blunt, a literary agent, and the sister of actress Emily Blunt, was introduced to Stanley by her Five-Year-Engagement sister and sparks flew between the two. In October 2011, Tucci proposed to Felicity, and recently the two were wed. Although, Tucci is usually private about his personal life, the actor confirmed the good news at the screening for Meryl Streep’s latest romantic comedy, Hope Springs.

Streep, who saw the couple grow close throughout the years starred in The Devil Wears Prada with both Tucci and Emily Blunt. When news of the engagement was broken to the media, Felicity Blunt was seen wearing double bands on her ring finger, and Tucci also wore matching bands on his hand.

Although their recent nuptials were very private, Stanley Tucci has said that the pair plan to have another ceremony that is more public. The couple plans to exchange their vows for a second time, but this time it will be in front of their friends and family.

This is a particularly happy ending for Tucci, who lost his wife Kate Tucci to cancer in 2009 after fourteen years of marriage. Although the couple separated briefly for a year, they shared three children together, two from a previous marriage of Kate’s and one between the pair. After his wife’s passing, Tucci told the New York Post, “My wife was an extraordinary person who showed us all what great strength is.”
