Tracy Morgan Reveals He Is Changed Man, Says He Went To Heaven After Accident

When Tracy Morgan had his accident two years ago, things could have went a totally different way. Surprisingly, Tracy Morgan survived it all, and he is now sharing that he went to Heaven after the accident. E! Online shared that Tracy Morgan sat down with Oprah Winfrey to reveal the details of what happened to him. They spoke on the show Super Soul Sunday, and Morgan talked the details about what all he went through during this hard time.

Tracy Morgan was actually in a coma for a week and he revealed that during that time he went to Heaven and talked to his dad. Morgan shared saying, “I was talking to my dad. I just remember him saying, ‘I’m not ready for you, son’… He was my best friend in life.” His father passed away back in 1987.

This accident changed Tracy Morgan totally, but for the better. He now looks at his relationships different and Morgan shared the details with Oprah.

“Something’s different, the way I am with people, something’s just different. I find myself saying ‘I love you’ 200 times a day to strangers. I don’t care. I don’t have to know you to love you. I love you. That’s how we’re supposed to be as human beings. We’re supposed to take care of each other. What we see sometimes down here on Earth, there there ain’t no room for that up in heaven.”

Tracy Morgan admits to considering suicide right after the accident happened, but now he is just enjoying life. Morgan enjoys doing things like taking his daughter to dance and just realizes the small things matter now. He is grateful to be alive. Even though the wreck wasn’t Morgan’s fault, he doesn’t hold a grudge against the person who hit him. Morgan is just leaving it all in God’s hands for now, even though one of his friends lost his life in this accident.

Today shared a video of part of what Tracy Morgan had to say when talking to Oprah. He revealed that it was just about five months ago when he started to remember stuff. Morgan did not remember it all right after the accident. Morgan looked at the accident for hours and used it as part of his therapy. His wife actually found out about the accident five hours after the media did and is still bitter about that part of it. When she got to the hospital, Morgan’s wife had no idea it was that bad and thought he would just have a broken leg or something. His wife and daughter actually go with him to a lot of shows, but his little girl was teething that day and so they didn’t go along.

Morgan shared that his dad was wearing something green when he went to Heaven and that he started crying so hard seeing him. His dad said he wasn’t ready for him. Morgan says he came back from the other side with gifts.

Tracy Morgan had no idea how much he was loved until he went through this time in his life. His wife was actually the one in charge of all of his medical decisions. Morgan knew that people loved his comedy, but didn’t realize how much they actually loved him. It took this accident for him to realize it, but Tracy now knows how much he is loved by his fans and family.
