‘The Walking Dead’ Spoilers: Negan & Carl To Develop Bond In Season 7?

The Walking Dead viewers are spending the weekend preparing for Negan’s big introduction, and fans better get used to the series super villain, because it seems like he could be around for a long time to come.

According to Movie Pilot, Negan is first introduced in the comic book series pretty much the same way he’ll be introduced in The Walking Dead Season 6 finale. Negan meets Rick and his group for the first time and decides to kill one of them. In the comics it is poor Glenn that meets Negan’s bat, Lucille, but on the show it’s unknown who will be the unlucky victim.

However, once the initial shock wears off from Negan’s brutal murder, however long that may take, fans will likely start to see a different side of Negan, as well as a strange bond form between him and Carl if the show goes in the same direction as the graphic novel series.

In The Walking Dead comic books, Negan and Carl form a bond as Negan is said to see himself in Rick’s young son. Negan ends up growing quite fond of Carl even though the teenager obviously sees Negan as an enemy.

If The Walking Dead writers decide to explore this story line on the TV show, it will be very interesting to see how Negan’s fondness for Carl impacts Rick as well as Carl’s relationship with his father. Rick and Negan will likely go at it as well when Rick notices that Negan has taken an interest in his young son.

In the past The Walking Dead, fans have seen some behavior out of Carl Grimes that was a bit questionable, such as killing an unarmed teenager, and making comments that have had viewers and other characters left shaking their heads. There has been some talk that Carl could teeter over to the dark side in this new and brutal world, but it always seemed that Rick would try to keep his son on the straight and narrow.

Knowing from The Walking Dead comic series that Negan is very charismatic while being a dangerous psychopath at the same time, there could come a time when Carl is seduced by his wicked ways and crosses the point of no return. As many fans believe Carl is the endgame to all of this madness, they’re hoping that won’t be the case, but anything goes on this crazy show.

Meanwhile, before Negan has a chance to get close to Carl, he’ll first have to introduce himself to the group, and it won’t be a pretty intro. Walking Dead Season 6 finale spoilers have revealed that Negan will kill a member of Rick’s group and that it will likely be a very beloved character.

It seems like every Walking Dead fan has an opinion about who will die at the hands of Negan and Lucille, the consensus seems to be that we’ll either lose Glenn or Daryl during the finale. Although, as previously reported by the Inquisitr, rumors are flying that Glenn and Daryl could both die in the finale episode of the season, leaving fans completely shocked and dumbfounded about what they’ve witnessed.

Since the series’ motto has always been “no one is safe,” the heartbreaking and stunning twist of killing two beloved, original characters would surely be unexpected. However, fans would likely break the internet tweeting and facebooking their reaction to the scene, which is arguably the most anticipated in the show’s history.
