Cynthia Bailey Dishes On Kenya Moore’s Possible Pregnancy: What She Has To Say

Cynthia Bailey may be going through some tough times in her marriage with Peter Thomas, as she recently revealed that the two were definitely not together, but it sounds like she’s happy for her co-star, Kenya Moore, who could possibly be pregnant with her first child. Bailey knows how much Kenya really wants a child of her own and Bailey does have a teenager, so she understands why Moore would want to pursue motherhood.

According to a new Bravo report, Cynthia Bailey is now dishing her thoughts on the possible pregnancy, and even though these two have been close friends, it sounds like Moore hasn’t talked to Bailey about the pregnancy. But that doesn’t mean Cynthia isn’t hoping everyday that her co-star is indeed pregnant.

“I really pray every day that [Kenya] is pregnant. I don’t know for sure if she is, but I really hope she is because I think she’s gonna be a phenomenal mom,” Cynthia told The Daily Dish in New York this week, adding, “That’s a rumor that I like. I usually don’t like rumors, but I pray that the rumor that Kenya Moore’s pregnant is true. I co-sign it. I am all for it.”

Even though Cynthia Bailey and Moore had a few bumps on this season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta when NeNe Leakes decided to return to the show, Bailey is convinced that Moore would let her babysit her child.

“I’m gonna be babysitting,” Bailey shared, adding, “I’m dedicating myself godmommy, the whole thing.”

On this season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, fans learned more details about Moore’s relationship with her mother. It’s no secret that she wants to talk to her mother and understand why her mother doesn’t want a relationship with her. During a family reunion, she decided to stop by her mother’s house and knock on the door. Rather than hear the door open, she heard the lock turn. Her mother clearly didn’t want to talk to her. But Cynthia Bailey believes that her rough childhood and her mother issues could just make Kenya a better mother.

“I think Kenya could definitely benefit from being a mom and just having an opportunity to kind of get closure with her relationship with her mom,” Cynthia Bailey said, adding, “I think having her own child kind of pretty much closes that door and opens up a beautiful, new one for her.”

Rumors had been swirling about the pregnancy for weeks, especially since Phaedra Parks decided to dish on the supposed pregnancy rumor on a radio show. Cynthia Bailey never commented on the fact that Phaedra would take this fun announcement from Kenya, but Bailey is hoping that the news is true. Her co-star was confronted at the reunion by Andy Cohen, and she replied saying that she couldn’t say anything yet. She also later added that it could be a high-risk pregnancy.

“If I were pregnant it would be a high risk pregnancy due to my age. I feel more comfortable if and when my doctors feel I am in a safe stage to confirm a pregnancy. I appreciate all the amazing fans who are wishing me well. It feels good to know everyone is rooting for me and my happiness,” Kenya has revealed in a Bravo interview previously after she did hint at the reunion that she was indeed pregnant but only in her first trimester.
