Is Selena Gomez Dating Charlie Puth? Justin Bieber Is Reportedly Terrified Of Losing Her

Selena Gomez’s ex-boyfriend, Justin Bieber, is reportedly not taking news of her possible romance with Charlie Puth very well. Just days after the two engaged in a couple of flirty exchanges online, rumors began swirling, linking Selena Gomez to her upcoming tour mate, and now, Bieber is said to be devastated.

While Bieber hasn’t directly addressed reports, a source claims he’s not at all happy about the thought of Selena Gomez moving on from their on-and-off relationship.

“Justin hates the rumors of a Charlie and [Selena Gomez] relationship and he has been blowing up her phone trying to talk to her about it,” a source told Hollywood Life on March 31. “He is threatened that he will lose her to him. He isn’t taking responsibility that his own actions are to blame for not having her in his life.”

Selena Gomez and Bieber parted ways a couple of years ago, but despite their split, the couple has remained in touch and have often been seen together in Los Angeles. In fact, just last week Selena Gomez attended Bieber’s Los Angeles concert just days after he shared a photo of them on Instagram. However, when it comes to photos of the two together, there haven’t been any shared online since December, when the former pair was seen in Beverly Hills, California.

Meanwhile, Selena Gomez and Charlie Puth have allegedly been “heating up” ever since meeting at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards last August.

“It’s not serious, but she’s super into him,” an insider told Us Weekly on March 30.

The magazine also shared a comment made by Puth, in which he claimed Selena Gomez understood him.

“I don’t know if anyone really understands me, which is why I hang out with Selena Gomez. She gets me,” Puth recently said.

In addition to their friendship and possible romance, Selena Gomez and Puth have worked together on his new album, Nine Track Mind, and released the duet, “We Don’t Talk Anymore.” The rumored pair is also going to be touring together from May to July, when Selena Gomez will be traveling for her Revival Tour.

“They are both not out to hurt each other and really dig each others company, but they are not going overboard with things,” an insider told Hollywood Life of Selena Gomez’s reported new romance on March 31. “Charlie is more into it then her, but she is willing to give things a chance. They are taking things day by day.”

As Selena Gomez reportedly gets to know Puth better, her ex-boyfriend, Bieber, has shared what may be a Selena Gomez-inspired meme on Instagram. In the message, a comment read, “In the end only three things matter: how much you loved, how gently you lived, and how gracefully you let go of things not meant for you.”

Selena Gomez and Bieber have a long history together, but with that comes all of their issues, and after reported flings with Kourtney Kardashian and Hailey Baldwin, now may not be the best time to reconcile. Plus, Bieber is currently on tour, which will be keeping him busy for several months, while Selena Gomez is about to embark on her own tour.

Although Selena Gomez may not be on board with getting back together with Bieber, she is clearly supportive of his career, as was evident by her recent attendance at his Staples Center show, and her “liking” of his photo of them on Instagram.
